Cottage vacation rentals in Long Beach

We had a great stay at this well appointed home. Brandi and Michelle were responsive and answered our couple of questions quickly. We did let them know about a couple of minor maintenance issues and I very much feel they will be addressed asap. There are tons of little issues touches from bedtime stories in the kids room to extras in the kitchen that made our stay comfortable and happy. Thank you!

Everything was perfect and loved that it was within a very short walk to the Winery. We absolutely love the restaurant, and the food is always incredible. The staff in the restaurant are wonderful, and the staff working at the tasting bar are awesome.

This was our second stay at this wonderful house and we would go again. The house is so wonderfully located with easy walking to the beach and the shops/restaurants. It is a comfortable house for a family.

It was a great place to stay in West Port. Only 5 mins away from downtown and couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and welcoming host. Would recommend any family or group to stay there!

The home was spotless and within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was well-appointed, very clean... especially the appliances. Renee was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a fabulous weekend. Walked to the beach, tide pooled. Enjoyed fun, relaxed family time. The host was always pleasant, responsive and positive. We will go back if given the opportunity in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing this special retreat.

This was an amazing river house. Clean and welcoming, even fresh flowers and a thank you note! The owners go above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. Beautiful view, large yard with room to play. Perfect for families. Had lots of yard/beach toys to use. Home was cozy, comfy and quiet! Kids loved the piano and our pup thoroughly enjoyed the large space outside to hang out. Location was perfect if you want to visit Long Beach , Astoria and Seaside. We will be planning another trip to this home! Highly recommend!

Even though there were only five adults, 1 infant, I picked this two cottage setup because each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The location is ideal. I thoroughly enjoyed walking the Promenade. Being so close to the beach was crazy amazing for all of us! Thank you, Erin

Nancy’s offered space was lovely, cozy, and clean. The location with a big picture window overlooking the river was perfect. Watching the tide change, listening to the wind and the rain, and letting our dog run on the beach were highlights. We want to return to experience it in Summer to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and two small decks with chairs. Sunsets on clear days must be spectacular!

Great location and amazing view. Mari took care to make sure we were having a good time. Flowers for my mom and chocolate for my grandson were a hit!

This was Jethro dog and my second stay. Love everything about this house. From the thoughtful notes, to the cool decor, to even a toy for Jethro. It's centrally located to go to the Mermaid Museum/Festival/Westport Winery (one way) and Westport/Tokeland (the other way). Had beautiful weather to sit in back and enjoy the river. Evenings had beautiful views of the moon shining on the waves, making it look like twinkling lights in the river. We will definitely be back!!!

Had a great stay and everything was clean and as advertised. Would recommend for anyone!

We brought 3 kids 6 and under and they had a blast. It’s about 10-15 min walk for the kids to make it to the beach, but close enough to go clamming and bring sand toys provided at the house. The house was clean and had lots of toys to play both inside and out. Note the house is adjacent to the freeway (fenced off) so during the day if you’re in the yard you do hear freeway noise.

Nancy's Gearhart home was the perfect spot for our family gathering. From the fully stocked, spacious kitchen to the cozy gathering spaces upstairs and down, the home had everything we needed. I hope we can stay at Nancy's again some time!

Stayed for 5 days and it was a cozy and comfortable home away from home. Was within walking distance from everything downtown. Would definitely stay again.

What a great space! Seaside can be a bit touristy, but you’d never know it while you’re staying here. Lindamay was fantastic to work with. We had a schedule change which required us to add extra time and she was very quick to respond and make the adjustment needed. The home was inviting and well thought out for hosting guests. Cannot recommend renting from Lindamay more highly!

Nana’s cottage/doug’s place was just like going and visiting your nana’s! It’s a cute little cottage with all you need for your stay close to the beaches, close to Astoria, beautiful scenery, and a home feel! Doug was so nice and helpful and we even got to chat on our way out, he was there doing yard work! Wonderful stay!

Everything was as advertised. It was a very good stay! The only thing that I would note is that you only get the downstairs portion of the house (although, no one was staying upstairs while we were there, so that was a plus). It was a short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) and there was almost NO people on the beach! Loved that! We drove down to Ocean Shores, one afternoon, and that beach was PACKED. It was nice to get back to our quiet beach. Good stay! Worth it!
