If you need a place to stay in this area of N.Ireland I highly recommend staying at Shanvey house. We were attending a wedding whilst also celebration a milestone birthday within the family and Jill went above and beyond in helping make both occasions feel really special. From allowing us to visit before we stayed, to organising rooms, to making suggestions of local restaurants to finally organising a Birthday BBQ (food was absolutely beautiful) to coordinating delivery of birthday decorations. Jill helped us make sure all elements where planned and organised. This meant that our stay was super enjoyable knowing all was in hand. The house is beautiful and the rooms are impressively dress with stunning views. We felt very much at home with a delicious choice of breakfasts each morning. Jill looks after us incredibly well whilst also giving us space to celebrate as a family together (which we don't get to do that often) No request was too small for Jill! Highly recommend!

Diane was fantastic with her communication, check in and check out, and recommendations. The space was lovely and cracking the window open brought me the sound of the river behind their house. The only downside - I’m 6’4. The loft roof angles and there was no place to fully stand up. That and the shower is downstairs. Everything else, superb!!

Highly recommended. Heather was a great host - very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The accommodation was of high quality and exactly what we wanted. The place was immaculately kept and the freshly made breakfast was excellent. I would definitely return to stay here.

Fantastic location , you could not be more central. Having parking on site is such a bonus . The apartment was spotless and finished to a high standard. The bathrobes and slippers to use whilst there were also a lovely touch . Janice was a fantastic host who responded to any questions. Lovely bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Bed was very comfortable and is a great size. Hot Tub is fantastic and was very clean . There was also patio furniture and it was nice to sit out at night . My wife and I had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again .

Marron and Gerry are very nice and welcoming hosts. They do everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The house is very clean. Breakfast is good, we ask for what we want and they prepare it for us. the environment is very relaxing between sea, fields and cows.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at William and Alice's beautiful home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The house itself is stunning, with a perfect blend of charm and comfort. My room was spotless and incredibly cozy, providing a perfect place to unwind after exploring the charming village. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible breakfast each morning—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. William went out of his way to help me get around, offering invaluable tips and even helping with transportation. Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. Lovely historic Manor accessible by car on a main road. Two story with sitting room, large bedroom and bathroom with soaker tub. Host is friendly and welcoming, with great communication prior to check in. The furniture is older but comfortable, however we found the spring mattress much too soft (feedback provided to host). Beautiful property with extensive formal garden - a great refuge after a long day. Washer and Dryer listed were out of order. Would still recommend.

I am so glad I chose to stay with Alan and Hilary! As a solo traveler I felt very looked after and welcomed staying with them. The neighborhood is safe, nearby lots of food, pubs, and the grocery, and veyr central to the tourist sites. The breakfast was just as great as the reviews described, the room was adorable and clean, and the hosts along with other guests were lovely to get to know. I joined in on a trip to Rathlin Island and their houses there were beautiful as well!

Jennifer’s b and b is a lovely, homely space and she made us feel completely at home with tea and scones when we arrived after a long day. Jennifer joined us for tea and we also enjoyed a great conversation over breakfast the next morning. The room was very comfortable and clean and I would highly recommended Jennifer’s to anyone visiting Omagh, it’s only a few minutes up from the town on the slopes of the Sperrin mountains.

We stayed at Joan’s for two nights and loved it! The location is great, close to Malin Head and a few exceptional beaches. There’s a friendly pub opposite and a nice tapas restaurant next door. The room was clean, really comfortable bed and good shower. There’s a few airbnb rooms in the house (all ensuite I think) and a nice sitting room too. Joan is extremely attentive and welcoming! She is a lovely person and is very dedicated to making sure her guests enjoy their stay. Finally, the breakfast was delicious - all homemade and freshly cooked, plenty of choice too!
