Vacation rentals with breakfast in London Borough of Lambeth

Stayed for the weekend. 5 mins walk from the Tube, easy to find and very quiet area. Lovely home and the room and bathroom space and very clean. Received a small basket with breakfast nibbles each morning, which was lovely with our morning coffee. Host quick to respond and we couldn't fault our stay.

we were a bit worried about getting into central London...but a really good bus service either goes straight to Oxford Circus, or to a local train station...which in turn goes straight into central London. The place is on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Lordship Lane with loads of shops, including excellent neighbourhood restaurants. To top it all there is free car parking outside!

Lovely place to stay. Good location. Easy to get to central London. Daniel is a good host. Quick communication. Lovely touch with leaving breakfast in the fridge.

Sandra is the ultimate hostess. Personable, accessible, kind. I can’t say enough about her rental, right up there with the best I’ve ever rented (and that’s many.) Spotless, expertly appointed. And such thoughtfulness around food and beverage provisions which means a lot when you’re tired and weary and dehydrated from a long travel. I will absolutely come back on any return trip to London. Great stay of a few days at John’s. Lovely garden outlook complete with cats! A bit of a walk from the nearest underground station but there’s a rail station just a couple of minutes walk away. John was kind enough to leave fresh fruit, eggs and bread so these made for a great breakfast.

Darshan is extremely proactive, supportive and a caring host. I reached out to him as my child needed a place to stay overnight close to Heathrow airport before catching his flight back home for the summers. Darshan understood my worries and concerns and not only did he patiently answer all my queries but he anticipated what all my child could need and gave suggestions for the same. He kept me informed once my child reached out to him so that I wouldn't worry. My child had a great experience. Darshan and his family are simply wonderful hosts. Darshan also provides dinner and airport drop at an extra cost and that adds so much more value to the stay. Moreover, the convenience comes at a very reasonable price. My child, who doesn't open up to strangers easily, says it felt like staying with family and friends. Thank you Darshan from the bottom of my heart.

We had a wonderful time in Nunhead at Nichola's place, the house is beautiful and we feel totally at home there !! Everything is beautifully organised and it's so peaceful and quiet there, perfect for a weekend in busy London Nichola always reacts quickly and is really helpful. We hope to be back soon,!

Jeannette met us on our arrival, was very friendly and informative, and made sure we had plenty of provisions to make tea, coffee etc. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our stay.

Staying here was like a happy little fairytale. It was so cozy and communal and made the trip to London the loveliest one I've had yet. The staff was so kind and helpful and the amenities made everything about the trip feel easy and breezy. I love the neighborhood so much and am so happy there's such a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of it.

Super nice stay in Caroline's apartment. The communication beforehand was also very pleasant and customer oriented. Apartment really meets everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good bed! (Only the sofa in the living room where my son slept is a bit thin). Small but nice bathroom, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Super sweet also that there were breakfast and snacks ready. The concierge is very friendly. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time, but after a phone call, he arrived right away. From the Apartment really very easy to travel by bus, metro or bike to all places in London. 1 point of attention to people with allergies such as dust mites, the apartment is a little less suitable because it is very English furnished - which is very cozy - but because of the many rugs - also attracts a lot of dust. Incidentally, the apartment is really very clean! We really enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

So lucky to have found this place! Looked just like the images, Alexis was super responsive and kind. Overall, the place felt like home and made my vacation even more enjoyable and memorable. Great apartment in Notting Hill, easy stroll down to Portobello Market with lost of great restaurants choices, great little parks a block down for our kid to play in which was a treat! Easy for Ubers, or bus stops etc …

Deborah made me feel welcome from the moment I was in contact with her. She ensured that I arrived well and she always provided help and suggestions during my stay. The apartment is nice, the room was spacious for London standards and Deborah always welcomed me in her kitchen or the lounge. Very much enjoyed my time at her place.

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

A very pleasant host and easy to talk to on a number of different subjects. Maria was well travelled and cultured.The house is a six or seven minute walk from Hendon Thames link which is very handy picking the train up at St Pancras.The Number 83 bus stops outside the station and connects with Hendon Central where shops, takeaways and Restaurants are located.There are good bus connections to Kingsbury and Wembley and in the other direction Edgware. The Northern line goes to a number places of interest including the vibrant Camden Town which I visited

Elizabeth is a very thoughtful host. She responded promptly to my queries giving useful information. She was very welcoming and the room was comfortable and well equipped.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

Miranda was very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend her to anyone.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

This was the second time my partner and I have stayed with Simone and John. We immediately felt very at home and appreciated all the attention to detail to give us a warm welcome. We especially love the food that they prepare for breakfast...it is heavenly! It is a great area, close to fabulous restaurants in both Muswell Hill and Crouch End. We would highly recommend it!
