When vacationing - then Mühle!

The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are right on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe bike path is only 400 m away from us. Relax in the natural pool Goltzscha. perfect. Parking space and 2 bicycles are free of charge.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

Die Maisonett Wohnung liegt im Herzen der quirligen Neustadt. In der Unteren Etage befindet sich die Küche und ein Wohnbereich über eine Treppe ist das sehr ruhig gelegene Schlafzimmer und die Galerie erreichbar. Hier kann man in aller Ruhe alle Relaxen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Restaurants, Kaffees, Bars und Galerien sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. In die historische Altstadt ist man zu Fuß gemütlich in 20 Minuten gelaufen oder Drei Stationen mit der Tram gefahren.

Our apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look out onto the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day (weekend free of charge), but if you drive 500 m further, these are free of charge.

Top renovated air-conditioned apartment in the attic

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Vacation home "Hopping to Dresden"

We offer you a cozy, separate 3-room apartment, equipped with 4 beds for 4 adults and a cot for a child up to about 4 years old. Our house is located on the southern outskirts of Dresden. In 15 minutes you can reach the center of Dresden with its baroque old town. The bus stop for the direct bus connection to Dresden is a 2-minute walk away. The A17 motorway exit Dresden-Süd is only 3 km away.

Vacation home on the tree meadow

The apartment is located on the edge of the Radebeul vineyards between Dresden and Moritzburg in the district of Boxdorf. Arrival via the Dresden Wilder Mann highway exit in 5 minutes. From Dresden Airport you can reach us by bus line 80 (towards Omsewitz) in 20 minutes. Excursions to the city center of Dresden are also easily accessible by public transport.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters! If you have any questions, queries or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us personally. We live on the same property. Our front door is under the rear balcony.
