The 2 balconies are oriented to the east and south-west, so that you have a sunny place at any time of the day with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains to relax. Our 40 sqm apartment for 2 pers. is located directly on the beautiful Riegsee and within walking distance of the Froschhauser lake in Murnau/Froschhausen. There is a jetty at the house ( YOC 1950), from which you can go directly into the water. Or you can explore the lake with our canoe or Supboard. At the house is a small hobby farm - with chickens, sheep and a cat. In the spring of 2024, 3 donkeys moved in with us:) A private parking is available.

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex, the pedestrian zone is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy, fully equipped, as we have lived in it until recently. Murnau is located on the Munich - Innsbruck railway line, Garmisch and the Königs-Schlösser can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms There is a tourist tax on site.
