A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Boatman's house on the banks of the Cher

Couple or small family: small Tourangelle house on the banks of the Cher: beams, tiles, tuffeau. Near Chenonceau, Amboise, Beauval, Loches, village center all amenities 1.2 km away (market, bakeries, supermarket, restaurant). Living room (1 extra sofa bed) with functional fireplace, TV, shower room, equipped kitchen, one bedroom (1 double bed), garden overlooking the Cher, enclosed but medium and large dogs can get over. No Wi-Fi. Bed linens and bath linens provided.

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
