A self-contained, cosy loft studio with everything you need for a relaxed stay and stunning views to the South Downs. Fast Satellite Wifi, parking, deck area plus garden space with barbecue and seating. Shower room, kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, air fryer, bike store. Beautiful scenic walks, cycle routes. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Our Cottage is hidden away in the quintessential English village of Lodsworth in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Our guest suite ( Chill Studio) has its own entrance within the adjacent annex . Its sparkling clean & only a short walk from the forest & award winning village store & two pubs. Perfectly located so you can unwind & relax in this area of outstanding national beauty or enjoy activities at neighbouring Arundel, Cowdray or Goodwood. Parking is 50 yds from the house.

Adorable self contained Annex in Midhurst

Set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Newly built in 2022. The Annex is totally self contained and separate from the main house. With a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite shower room. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town with its many eateries and stunning walks around Cowdray and the local countryside. Midhurst is a lovely old market town with great cafes and boutique shops. Many pubs, River walks and first class polo can be found just a stones throw away.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

We had an amazing couple of nights at the Potager. The property and garden were just as pictured, and we had everything we could possibly have needed. Katie and her husband were wonderful hosts, and we felt they were always on hand to help should we have needed anything. We arrived to some local goodies, which were quickly demolished - what a lovely touch. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very well set up, and the garden was an oasis. We felt so well rested and relaxed after our stay, and didn’t want to leave! The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, with lovely walks from the doorstep. We couldn’t recommend the Potager more and certainly hope to return!

Thank you Shane and Jane! Both hosts were very responsive and friendly with recommendations about how to get there by public transport and where to eat and what to do. It’s an easy walk into town for cafes and breakfast, as well as pubs in the evening. Lovely spot and would be perfect for nature lovers.

This was our first time in Petworth (having enjoyed other small towns across Sussex), and Emily's lovely cottage was a great base for walks in the surrounding countryside, a visit to Petworth House and just curling up with some holiday reading. In the town/vicinity, we particularly enjoyed walking in Petworth Park, up to Lodsworth and across the Shimmings Valley. The holiday decorations at Petworth House were beautiful, and the selection of wine at Hennings (literally down the street) was great to accompany home cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen. The cottage was extremely stylish and comfortable, the bedroom particularly cozy with super-soft linens, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Emily was communicative and flexible with dropping off bags, which made it easier to enjoy the v limited daylight at this time of year. Thoroughly recommend!

Delightful Cabin with private outdoor bath

Booked this as a getaway fory girlfriends birthday and the location was great, enough in the country that you are away and private but still.clpse enough to things you want to do. The cabin itself was also fantastic, everything you need with some really nice touches. The bathroom outside at first is abit of getting used to but the shower and bath is really nice. Both very impressed and she already wants to come back!
