The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's! The photos don't do the place justice, which is absolutely amazing. The large bedrooms have huge beds, the bathrooms are great, and I'm not talking about the outside. Multiple touches for us. The accommodation is well located for exploring. Our favorite for the beaches was the communal beach of Osmate, a gem! And the El Fogador River. The environment is a bit noisy during the day with the airport, highway and railway track (but our children were fascinated by the planes passing by!), but it's quiet at night. Federica was always super helpful. The house is huge and with many amenities, including barbecue, ping pong, board games, a well-stocked kitchen, and a huge living room with fireplace. We only had a small problem with the heaters but Federica was always responsive and available to come to the house to assist us.

The house has an excellent location for views and also for getting around, being practically in front of Monte Isola. Matteo is a lovely person, he always responds promptly to every message and if there are problems he does everything possible to solve them. I recommend everyone stay in this house, you won't be disappointed.

Great accommodation, very convenient location (cca 10 min walk from the subway). Clean and well-decorated house, equipped with everything you may need. Very friendly and helpful host. Parking space inside the courtyard. Definitely recommend!

Paola's place is absolutely idyllic - such a corner of paradise (and not far from Milan!). The place is spacious enough for 20-25 people, with a well-equipped kitchen and barbecue: we rented it to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday with friends and we had a grand time. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the shade of trees in the garden, the beautiful view of the hills from the pool, and our meals together at the long table in the porch. Paola is really kind and made us feel welcome and well catered for. Highly recommended, we hope to be back for more unforgettable weekends in the future!

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

We were very happy with the place. The pool is a good way to cool off. The place is functionally furnished and has everything you need. There are also delicious restaurants nearby and you can get to Milan relatively quickly by car or bus and train. Overall, the accommodation is well suited and recommended for a couple or a small family.

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

I have been using Airbnb for a long time and to date this has been the best house we have booked. The home itself is so beautiful and spacious. The pool was wonderful. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The hosts went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. The area is beautiful and we found lots to do. If you are thinking about booking this property, you can’t go wrong. It exceeded our expectations 🥰
