Chris is a great host. The property is well maintained with great views and grocery store is accessible 10 min drive away. The property is shown exactly as in the picture and greatly accessible to Inverness, lochness and Cairngorm national park. I am happy that I booked this property and given a chance, I would like to book this property again.

Really nice stay during an unseasonably hot and sunny week in Scotland. Baltinna is well laid out with good facilities and perfect for a couple. Very comfortable bed, decent kitchen for rustling up dinner, and well located within walking distance of shops and places to eat. Friendly host, and lots of information about local walks, cycle routes and attraction. Highly recommend the Wildcat trail that runs from basically the front door. Our only disappointment is the weather was so good we didn’t need to try the wood fire!

Such a nice stay in this wooden lodge. Very clean and well organized. Very good beds. It was so quiet and at the same time so close to Inverness, perfect combination. We loved the view and watching the deers in the evening, sometimes 9 at the same time! Stuart is a great host who was there quick when we needed him.

Loved our short stay at the lodge, arrived Boxing Day for 3 nights and it was the perfect getaway to relax after the Christmas chaos. Kids loved the animals and rural setting. The lodge was beautiful and cosy with everything you’d need, including slipper for getting out to the very relaxing hot tub. One tiny bit of advice when driving, it’s a steep hill so I’m really adverse weather you might need a 4x4 to get up the road to the lodge. We would 100% stay there again!

We loved our 4 nights staying here! The lodge was so quiet and peaceful... although there are just a couple of other lodges within the woods we didn't see or hear any of our neighbours so felt very private. Loved using the hot tub and the kids rode their bikes around the wood and we're able to play & explore. Lots to do and see within a 20-30min drive and we did a bike ride from the lodge too.

My family and I had a lovely stay. Thoughtful touches with snacks and bread and milk. Light up box with my name was a cute surprise. Clean and comfortable. Loved seeing the visitors come during the day, deer, horses and a friendly cat. Would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic Easter holiday in Boat of Garten. Fiona’s caravan was spacious, warm and cosy and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 4 and pet dog. Lots of great walks and bike rides in the area. A well equipped kitchen but who needs to cook when Anderson’s is a short walk away - their takeaway pizzas are delicious! Would highly recommend Fiona’s caravan for anyone wanting to explore Aviemore and Speyside.

We had a lovely stay in Callander over the weekend. The place was homey and clean. Plenty of space for a cot in both rooms which was great as we both had young children with us. We had an issue with the fridge but this was resolved really quickly with the hosts going above and beyond to provide us with a new refrigerator! Would recommend to anyone heading up that way and would stay again.
