Small tips: Some more tricks like: - Dish soap - More towels - Dish sponges - Dishwasher detergent - Poorly soundproofed condominium (I could hear every noise from the neighbors) - Better quality mattresses. I specifically asked if the mattress was excellent, as I suffer a lot from musculoskeletal disorders, and I was told it was an €800 mattress. The mattress I slept on was a mattress worth a maximum of €200 and you can feel everything. For the rest, I stayed for €80 per night, aware that with €80 you can't expect to find a Doleran, so making an estimate of the value for money, Lorenzo definitely deserves the maximum as at that price for the services offered he offers a truly excellent product

Giuseppina and her husband are truly the best! The location is amazing and very convenient to get to Cagliari or nearby towns to the sea. The place itself is taken super well care by Giuseppina, very clean and feels like home from day 1! The neighborhood is also very quiet and feels super safe, with grocery stores nearby for daily living. They went truly above and beyond and it felt like staying with family. My stay was truly a remarkable experience and I will definitely come back and highly recommend. Thank you again to Giuseppina and Salvino, you are the best! <3 <3

Sofia's apartment is very welcoming and warm, it feels like home. Reliable description and photos. Everything on site: sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Clean apartment on arrival and easy access for key exchange. Responsive Host. 15 minutes from Cagliari.

We stayed in Federico's house for four weeks, from mid-October until mid-November. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning in the lovingly furnished house. We enjoyed the beautiful garden every morning for a hearty breakfast. In particular, we would like to mention Federico's generosity and trust in us. Upon our arrival, he greeted us, showed us the house and garden, presented us with a great gift basket with Sardinian specialties and explained the important functions in the house. We've been to a lot of Airbnb houses and apartments, but we've never found so many private art pieces and pictures. It was very generous that we were allowed to charge our electric car free of charge at the wallbox in the garden with the solar power produced on site. Federico was always immediately available and solved any small problems that arose immediately or explained to us what to do. We highly recommend Federico's house.
