Apartment very well located, street with several restaurants and galleries. Poliane was very solicitous, giving several tips and responding super fast

The stay was wonderful, the view is magical. Rodrigo was helpful all the time, responds super fast and we felt at home! Best of all, you can walk to skiing easily, next to the hotels and the building is very cozy, very polite people, I went with my boyfriend and we want to come back soon :)

Beautiful Depto in the heart of Santiago. Easy to get to and get out everywhere. The consortium has Parquing and safety to leave the vehicle. The concierges are very attentive. Being tall is quiet and super bright with nice views

The stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable and with a beautiful view of the park and the Museum of Fine Arts. Also, the location is great. Close to supermarkets, bakeries, main sights and the subway side. The site is very safe and has 24-hour gatekeepers.

There not really anything negative that I can say about Carlas rental. The location itself with perfect for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated another person or 2. The place had a full functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The balcony and all the windows made it very easy to keep a nice breeze blowing thru the unit and although the unit itself does not have AC, each room does have a fan and even with the daytime temps reaching well over 30 degrees during the day, it never got anywhere near that hot inside the unit itself. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and the digital keypad entry made it easy for everyone to do their own thing without having to worry about rushing back to the unit to unlock the door!

The most beautiful and comfortable loft we could have chosen in Santiago. It had everything you need to really make it a home on our trip. The hosts communicated with assertive data of both the listing and suggestions for things to do. 100% RECOMMENDED.

Self check-in is especially noteworthy for early morning arrivals, and it has a 24-hour concierge. The host's attention was very good, solving any problems quickly. The apartment has just enough for a short stay. Clean bathroom and hot water working.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, perfect for a mountain getaway. It’s quite high up, so be sure to stock up on groceries in Santiago before making the drive. There were some minor issues with the wifi during a snowstorm, but Valeria was very responsive and helpful in resolving them. The ski storage and locker room were super convenient, and the hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay, the apartment is much better and bigger than how it looks in the photos, Matías' service is frankly remarkable, he was attentive to all inquiries, also the service of Jorge the Concierge who supported us at all times; to comment that we left early and going down near Farellones we were stopped by police officers indicating that you could only go down from 3:00 p.m. (there were still 4 hours of waiting in the car), talking to Matias saved us with a late check-out, so we went back and we were able to wait comfortably in his apartment. We had an awesome stay! The pool is sweet. Amenities, location, and comfort were all top notch. The apartment is quiet and spacious, and the area has tons of great restaurants and is very safe. Jorge was a great host, would stay again.

We are happy that we chose this place, its a very safe building with security and is located in a central , safe area, 1 minute walk to the subway. In the shops downstairs we found everything we needed. The view was outstanding , thanks priscilla :)

Our stay in Santiago de Chile was excellent. The apartment is located in a quiet and easily accessible area, ideal for getting around the city comfortably. It is a spacious place, well lit thanks to its large windows, which makes it very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped: we used both the oven and the electric stove without any problems. The bathrooms were in good condition and had humidity extractors that worked properly. Access to the apartment via electronic lock was very convenient, and they also provided us with three keys for the garage door, which also worked smoothly. The apartment's light switch was off (under a picture), but we found it quickly. I especially highlight the kindness and attention of the building's security staff. I would definitely book this apartment again. It was a very positive experience that fully met my expectations. Thank you for everything, Bea
