Rosana's kindness and willingness to answer all questions and to coordinate check-in and check-out were excellent!!! She was always attentive to the messages we sent her!! The house matches the photos, very nice and nice. Wide kitchen and lots of utensils. We celebrated my niece's birthday and everything was perfect, camilo and sebastian were very friendly and flexible with the schedule. Recommended the house, spacious its rooms and we felt right at home.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

This was our 1st trip to Chile and we feel so lucky to book this property for so many reasons. We are in love with Chile. Claudia Alejandra and her property are definitely reasons among other. She is a great person, very humble, always ready to help. She is very quick to respond to all our questions with great recommendations everytime which we found very helpful. On the day of our check-in, she greeted us at the gate, served us freshly made lemonade and gave a tour of the house. The property is very beautiful with so many details, characters and has plenty of space to accommodate our group. The front yard has multiple hammocks to enjoy. I am so happy we agreed to let Claudia stay in the basement as she remained a great resource throughout our trip to make it very comfortable, enjoyable. All her shopping recommendations are great i.e. Mozart bakery, Peublito los dominicos just to name few. Her fur babies are adorable. I would book this property again and highly recommend to everyone.

Great house for a family! Well equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is super calm and there is a beautiful park and a little market in front of the house. I definitely recommend!

The house is very spacious and nice, it has everything to have a pleasant stay. And the patio is great to share among a group of friends, very comfortable everything. The house is very well located, it is in a very quiet sector, where there are several supermarkets nearby, among others. Jorge is a very concerned and flexible host at the same time, I was always attentive if anything was needed. In short, everything goes out very well and the stay was great. I'm sure we'll be back.

Great location, close to several metro stations in different lines and very central (walkable to most of the spots). Apartment is comfy and works well for a short stay like mine was.

Very nice apartment, bright, clean, super comfortable, we loved it! In addition, it is next to the Parque Arauco and Open Kenedy shopping malls, you can walk everywhere. The area is so cute! The host was super attentive, with super clear instructions for check-in, making sure everything was okay when we arrived. We were able to check in late at dawn, and she allowed us to leave our bags after check-out so that we could continue traveling comfortably.

The stay with Felipe was amazing. As a host, it was anticipated to answer my possible questions regarding self check-in. The village responded promptly. The kitchen equipped with the basics for making meals - ingredients such as salt, pepper and oil. Having coffee and two bottles of water in the fridge was a touch of care that had not yet lived elsewhere. For travellers arriving at night, fundamental. And, the view of Santiago (from him, we see Cerro San Cristoban) partr the apartment is beautiful!! Sure, I'll come back to him every time he's in Santiago and he's available.

Our stay in David’s home was a true pleasure! The house is beautiful and spacious . The surroundings are peaceful and awe inspiring! The whole process, from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. David was responsive and flexible. Gemma, the caretaker, was so kind and helpful. Available to assist throughout our stay. I wish our stay had been longer. Carolina's place was great. It was walkable to a subway and provided a parking spot for our car. It was a just a little tricky to find the parking garage, and you have to buzz in and out of it, but the concierges at the apartment complex were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean with towels, soap and shampoo all provided. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Santiago!

It's an excellent Airbnb and Xime and Bruno make great hosts. The apartment is extremely well located: one block from the bus stop, which allows for mobility. The neighborhood is beautiful, and safe, near the Aguilucho and around the corner from the Catholic University's Oriente Campus. The building is very safe, with a doorman and several security features. The apartment is ideal for long stays and for 2-3 people. We went as a family (husband and 5-year-old daughter), for almost a month and it worked out perfectly for us: a double bed and sofa bed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped: coffee maker, oven, fridge. It also has a washing machine and a laundry area. Good connectivity and excellent services. And to top it off, Luisa, the person in charge of the cleaning, is a ray of sunshine :). Every week she left the place spotless. Communication was continuous and always in the best disposition to make our stay more comfortable and simple :) Thank you very much for our little nest in Chile :)

It is a wonderful place, full of details in every corner of the house and the surroundings. Enjoy the contact with nature, the trails, the sound of water and the warmth of your host. Beatriz is a sweetheart, very helpful at all times, by far the best host. All these elements and more make this a magical place to go with family, friends or even alone. I'll definitely be back!

Depto super well located, ideal for people who have concerts at the Movistar Arena, steps from a metro station, pharmacy and local businesses nearby. It has all the comforts, clean and neat place. I would recommend adding a hairdryer. Nice building staff.

We loved the hotel, we would definitely come back. The location is great for tourists, the area is very safe. The facilities are spacious, modern and clean. There is a lot of co working space and there is a cafe on the ground floor that is very nice and eats very well. The covered parking lot in the subsoil is a plus, it was very comfortable since we could get in and out with the car to our liking with the room card. The staff is very friendly and predisposed.

Rodrigo was an excellent host, very helpful and quick respond to messages. Water heater wasn't working but Rodrigo fixed quickly and effectively. I highly recommend the place and you literally feel like home. Thank you Rodrigo.
