This memorable place is anything but ordinary. A compact wooden den set in it's own secluded area of a Monmouthshire smallholding. Picture window overlooking stunning views of countryside and across to 13th Century Grade 1 listed church. Plenty of walks and dogs allowed ( fenced area if they aren't too sure about livestock ). The Barn, is part of our grade II listed welsh farm house. Set in 8 acres of lush fields (the Barn has 1/2 an acre of private garden with beautiful views of the welsh mountains and the Skirrid). We are in a great spot for the Forest of Dean, the Brecon Beacons, Bike Park Wales, Cannop Cycle Centre and the Offa’s Dyke Path. There are lovely walks right from the door and so much to do nearby!

Hobbit house in country valley

The hobbit house stands in a rural valley. The hut is cosy but packed with everything you need. It has a double bed made up with good quality bedding, a camper van kitchen and log burner inside. There is ample outside space to enjoy a bbq or sit by the fire pit. The composting toilet and shower are adjacent to the hobbit house and are for your use only. Towels are provided. Logs and lighting materials are included for you to light the log burner and fire pit

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.
