The Sun Is Shining - Perfect family get together

KarenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Cors is a large beautiful, peaceful house in lovely grounds just waiting to be explored. We had a fabulous family holiday which included the celebration of my 60th birthday and a private chef cooking dinner for 8 of us, and The Cors was the perfect venue for this. The location was great for walking, horse riding and trips to the beach. We loved Pendine Sands particularly as we have 2 spaniels who love to run. Laugharne is also a great place to be based, with nice places to eat and drink. The Owl and Pussycat had the best Lemon Drizzle Cake, and Ty Glas was great for Pizza. We also had a lovely evening meal in Browns which is dog friendly in the bar. The Cors and Laugharne are on our list to revisit, we all loved it.

Christopher’s place is very nice. He obviously put a lot of energy into upgrading the whole house. It’s very roomy, much larger than it appears in the pictures. Would rent again if/when we return to the area

Happy 3 bedroom home in Mumbles newly refurbished

LisaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
very clean and wonderful place. Lots of memories made. Very lovely and clean, and good communication. Lots of space and bathrooms for all guests. plenty of entertainment for the wet days. Feels like a home from home. The only criticism would be no where for the dog to urinate, so we had to go and walk in all weather's. Also low hanging stars/lights which the tall of us kept knocking our heads on. overall great and would go back.

Just back from a lovely stay at Louise's place. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Incredibly clean, well equipped, and in a fantastic location. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and great for the kids. The place was cosy, had all the things we needed and we were so close to the town - lots of pubs and restaurants as well as a beautiful beach. Louise was very welcoming, super responsive on all communications and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Thank you Louise

Lovely weekend at the Bellwether!! Lovely cabin and great hot tub, really helpful to have it already warmed up for our arrival, and very kind to leave us a bottle of bubbly so thank you Rhys! Beach Retreat. Luxury static by the sea

JamieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a great stay at the beach retreat during half term, the location was great for exploring Pembrokeshire and seeing everything we had planned to. The caravan was spacious and clean, it had everything you needed, including towels, washing up bits, plenty of crockery and kitchen supplies, Welsh cakes, milk, tea and coffee on arrival too. Our 7 year old loved the games supplied! The caravan was nice and toasty on our return in the evenings, after being out in the rain all day. We did a few walks from the caravan which were nice and easy, all in the guidebook left by Kathryn. There’s a lovely bakery in Fishguard -nourish- it’s opens at 9 but get there early as one day we arrived at 9:35 and it was nearly sold out, be prepared to queue

Estuary View Cabin

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Emma’s place, we have just arrived home and feel sad it was over too quickly. Emma was extremely accommodating, always super quick at responding and answered all my questions straight the way. Pen Clawwd is a lovely place, close to some beautiful beaches and national landscape. The cabin was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. My two daughters couldn’t get enough of the pool, they would have stayed in there all day if they could! Thanks so very much Emma, it’s been an absolute pleasure - we will be back to do some more exploring in Wales! We would also highly recommend the Estuary Bar and Restaurant and the local chippy. Both within walking distance.

Clare was very responsive when we had questions about the area. The house felt like a home, and it was great to be able to make the most of the spa pool after a day out. Traditional Llangennith cottage & large garden

TheresaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The three of us (plus 2 very exuberant dogs) had a wonderful stay. The cottage had all the equipment needed for a short break. Kitchen was well equipped, shower was fabulously hot and the beds comfy. A useful book of Gower walks had been left plus suggestions for local restaurants. The Beach House restaurant was truly amazing, expensive but oh so worth it! The garden is really lovely with some nice views. The magnificent beach is only a walk away and we went swimming in the sea every day. Gower is spectacularly beautiful and the weather was very sunny. Lambs, wild flowers, amazing walks. We had a couple of queries and the owners responded immediately. We'd definitely like to come again..a wonderful stay.

Cwtch Y Wennol - Romantic Cottage in West Wales

SharonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed here for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. It was the first time we went away as a couple with our 3 dogs (2 Sprockers and 1 Labrador), the location, welcome hamper and dog toys were a lovely gesture. If you have dogs Poppit Sands is a must. The dogs loved every minute, as did we. The cottage is stunning and everything has been thought of by the hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking here again. Thank you Chris for making us feel so welcome and Anne for responding so promptly with any questions we had. Such a beautiful location, and so homely. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place. Dairy Cottage- Relax and escape

KatieRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Loved the remoteness of the location, the garden was totally enclosed for the dogs which is important having a small dog. Very comfortable, little touches like face cleaning towels and dog towels were great. Loved watching the birds feed from the table and Maria left extra bird food which was needed. The forest attached was nice to negotiate through, although it does need a sturdy foot which wasn’t a problem for us. The outer garden was nicely strummed to create walkways. Having a dog that doesn’t do well with strangers and neighbouring dogs it was perfect as we were not disturbed at all. The Wi-Fi was super fast. We had a lovely relaxing break thank you!
