You can choose to enjoy the view from the patio outside the cabin, toasting marshmellows or from your own private Hot Tub. We are 5 minutes from glorious long sandy beaches, or mountain & woodland walks . We are between Barmouth & Harlech which has many shops, restaurants & cafes & Harlech castle. We are 1 hour from Snowdon & 30 minutes from Portmerion.

Take your pick of beaches within 10min in the car, and of course, Portmeirion is 30mins walk. The ffestiniog railway passes the bottom of the drive and the nearest zip world is 15min away.

Each tent can sleep two adults or a family of 4 with the option of 2 small singles for children only. Outdoor seating, gas bbq, fire pit and an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle! Sit back and relax watching the sun set over the mountain backdrop. Betws-y-Coed is a 20 minute drive away or take a 15 minute walk to the local, dog friendly pub. Mountains on our doorstep with plenty of foot path walks. We are a family run, small holding with pigs, chickens, ducks, dogs & cats. Collect your own eggs for breakfast or ask us for some!

Crafnant Valley Retreat

Unique space. American RV Caravan in own field. Barn to store bikes, waterproofs and boots. Chance to have a bonfire (extra charge for wood). Sleeps family comfortably but can be very cosy. Plenty of outdoor space around the caravan & local walks. There is NO WIFI access at the caravan and depending on your phone company POSSIBLY NO signal. However you will be able to access WIFI around our house. The vans hot water is via a tank, see other details to note.
