The apartment of approximately 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Charming little cottage from the late 1800s. On the first floor, you are greeted by an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen. Around the house, there is a large sheltered terrace overlooking the sea and a swimming area with a jetty. A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want them.

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated during the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a patio with terrace that has a sea view. The house suit families with children, friends and couples. Max 4 adults but more if they are children.

There are well-stocked grocery stores, genuine small shops and a beach promenade to cozy restaurants right by the sea. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, about 1 hour's drive. 7 minutes' drive to Lyckorna golf club. 15 minutes by car you will find a large shopping center. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails starting about 1 km from the property.
