Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ljubljana

My family and I had a wonderful experience in Edvard's home. The house is spacious, clean, equipped with everything we needed. The garden and outdoor spaces are very well maintained. The area is very quiet, peaceful, and well located for visiting Slovenia. Finally, Edvard was a very attentive host and quick to respond to our requests. Hvala!

The apartment is brand new, equipped with all the comforts, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The location is stunning, surrounded by greenery with beautiful landscapes and meadows with cows and horses. Despite this, it's only a 15-minute drive to the center of Ljubljana. And within less than an hour's drive, you can visit many places of interest like the Postojna Caves or Lake Bled.However, I want to make a special mention of Nataša and her wonderful family. They welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. They were kind, accommodating, and fulfilled our every need. Every day, they brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden, and the granny cooked traditional Slovenian dishes for us to try. They were also amazing with our dogs, providing every kind of comfort for them and taking care of them when we couldn't bring them along. Thank you to super-host Nataša, Gašper, Granny, and the whole family, for making us feel at home!

One word would describe the place: PERFECT ! The apartment is extra clean and has all the listed amenities. The surroundings are beautiful, close to the city by car. The host is very friendly and provided all the details about check in, check out. It has parking right next to the house. We would definitely come back !

We had a wonderful stay at Mateja’s house. It is just as lovely as in the photos with great space inside and out for our family of four. Mateja and Miha and their two daughters were super welcoming and friendly, giving us lots of local recommendations and even guiding us through the nearby woods to a local restaurant / viewpoint. They also have a very sweet dog! Bled is super easy to get to from the house with swimming, paddle-boarding, restaurants etc. We also had a fabulous day at Bohinj plus one day visiting the Postojna caves and Ljubljana. The house is very well situated for all these sites. We would highly recommend staying with them!

We had a wonderful stay at Katarina's house. The house was well equipped and in a great location for us to explore Slovenia. Katarina was super helpful and ensured we had everything we needed!

Delightful accommodation surrounded by a wonderful green area. The house is comfortable and cozy. We even found lots of toys to entertain the kids. Great place to relax and have fun. The host has always been courte, helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this place and this host.

We had a great time! Stefan and Erika are an excellent host, attentive, flexible, supportive, kind. The neighborhood is beautiful, the location between Bled Ljubjana is about the way up the road - very ideal. I highly recommend it!thank you for everything!!!

Our stay at Andrej's place was perfect. The flat itself is spotless and well equipped and it has a lovely garden which we unfortunately did not have time to use. Andrej met us and gave us all the information needed as well as some local recommendations - all of which we tried out. He said that he was on hand any time we needed anything but we had no cause to contact him after check in. His English was excellent so the fact that we were from the UK was not a problem at all. The location of the property is a little out of town but the number 14 bus passes close by regularly and the buses are very reliable. It would be easily walkable if you chose to do so but we were lazy because the weather was hot. We loved our little stay and would be eager to book again if we return to Ljubljana.

The apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated. A special mention for the beautiful mattress! Our hosts were friendly, accessible and attentive to ensuring that we didn't miss anything. They gave us good advice on how to get to the city center by public transport. Recommended without a doubt!

Stayed at Tanja’s place with my family. The garden is just the most beautiful thing to wake up to but also to watch the sun go down. Tanja is very friendly, waited for us as we were pretty late to check in due to a storm. She already had the beds made for us, so it was just lest that we fall asleep in the super clean sheets. We’ll definitely be back here on our next stay in Ljubljana.

Nice apartment with a parking place. It is located in an peaceful, quite little village, close to the capital. The scenery is beautiful, surrounded by forested hills green meadows and large mountains in the background. The apartment had everything one would ask for, including a full size fridge with a freezer.

a little slice of heaven in the heart of a forest. Change of scenery. Simple and charming. Everything is thought out. We liked the spirit of this rental. We recommend it! Natalija was responsive and attentive.

Great stay in a magical place! A real disconnection. I recommend taking at least 2 nights to enjoy the plateau and discover all the inns around. It's magical to go get your milk every morning, from the cows you see around you. I really recommend it!

If you want a beautiful house with good furnishings in great surroundings, close to the Sava, adjacent to activities and mountains, you will find it here. I described it as the geocatch of the Airbnbs, because we struggled to find the house even though we were actually right in front of the property - it is so quiet there, in the middle of nature. Especially for outdoor enthusiasts who like to drink their coffee in nature on the veranda, and then want to drive into the mountains, or want to go to the Sava (one of the most beautiful natural rivers in Europe) to fish or cool off in the summer, this is the perfect place to start. The accommodation offers everything to host a family of four or a group of friends. The furnishings are in good condition. Janez did a really great job, he was very accommodating and always proactive, especially when it came to open questions or recommendations. We will be back - a shame if not...

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful location, there is a huge fire pit for evening relaxation, and we fell asleep to the sounds of the rushing river. We were close enough to town and everything touristy to experience that, but could escape back to a peaceful serenity in just minutes. Would 100% recommend!! Thank you, Thomas, for your hospitality!!
