The villa is situated in a small village called Ljubač, which is 15 kilometres away from Zadar. This village is known for its sandy beaches. It is ideal for children because the depth of the sea, and after running a hundred meters does not exceed the above the knee. The sea is warm and when all the surrounding areas are cool. With several main beach there are plenty of restaurants where you can have your family meal or just have a drink.<br> <br>
