Beachfront vacation rentals in Ljubač

The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Great location, by the sea, close to a bakery and restaurants, everything you need in the apartment. Quiet neighborhood

Beautifully located cottage, as a semi-detached house. Right on the beach, accessible by road. Very nice modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Everything very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms, one on each floor. Washing machine available. Igor as a host very friendly and reliable. All in all highly recommended.

Marina and her husband have created a little gem here. It was a very friendly welcome. Everything we needed to know was explained to us. The mobile home is well equipped. In the kitchen there is everything you need. The living and sleeping area leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace offers an magnificent view of the sea. Rest is the program here, at least in the time we were there. A dream come true for dogs. The beach and the surrounding area offer enough space for the four-legged friends. Marina and her husband were always available, and also right there. In Privlaka itself there are many good restaurants and a good ice cream parlor. Vir and Nin are just around the corner. And to Zadar you need about 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic there. For us, it was a dream vacation. We found a small home away from home for us. And will come back next time. We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

We had an amazing time at Marko's apartment. The view from the private sea-front was breathtaking and we spent many evenings there watching the sunset/swimming in the sea. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-thought out. We will be back!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, everything was clean, in great condition. The location is extremely convenient - on the edge of the centre, so the busy evening life in the town can be enjoyed after a pleasant walk within 5 minutes, but the accommodation is quiet and private. Mrs. Vesna is very welcoming, attentive and caring. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Sandrine and Nicolas's apartment. Contact with the hosts is easy and pleasant, they are very active and proactive for every question we had. The apartment is very clean and superbly positioned facing the sea. We recommend this apartment for a lovely stay in the Zadar area.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a starting point for excursions to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the versatile landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.
