Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Little touches made it feel homely. Perfect location - a short walk from the iconic coliseum, beautiful restaurants, bars, shops and a gorgeous view of the sea. Tanja was so helpful and flexible with an early check-in.

Great, comfy spot! Was perfect for a couple, but plenty of room for a couple more adults. Parking was easy and convenient. Host was very responsive and offered great instructions and recommendations. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This place is A+! The apartments are nice and provide everything you need, but what makes it really special are the kind hosts who are always available to help and so kind! The pools were the perfect way to beat the summer heat and the jacuzzi was amazing. They even lit some candles for us when they found out it was our anniversary. The surroundings are nice and quiet and peaceful and the sea is very close. Matilda and her husband also provide a sauna, open bar (free), lots of kids toys, gym, darts, BBQ, and much more! Definitely recommend it!!

Fantastisk opphold! Martina kommuniserte med oss før vi kom og møtte oss ved ankomst. Så hyggelig! Vi fekk større leilighet enn vi hadde bestilt. For en beliggenhet over Lovran for det flotte huset, og for en hage! Stille og rolig. Svært hyggelig vertsfamilie. Vi møtte tre generasjoner. Siste kvelden kom Martina med hjemmelaget eplekake til oss. Dette stedet kan vi anbefale! Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Sweet apartment that was private yet close to downtown Porec. The apartment came with bikes which we used every day; also a very easy walk to Porec. Our hose greeted us with cake and homemade liqueur, was very helpful getting us set up in the apartment, including use of the washer, which was a great amenity. Would recommend as a host and a place to stay.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'appartamento: era grande e pulito e con facilità di parcheggio. Poco distante ci sono 2 grandi supermercati e molte spiagge. È necessario spostarsi con la macchina ma per noi era più comodo così. La proprietaria è nella casa a fianco, lei e suo marito sono molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Ci è stato dato un pass per entrare nel campeggio Lanterna, che è stato molto gradito.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an makellos, und wir haben wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto war alles gut erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Très bon emplacement pour ce charmant appartement, très proche de la ville comme de la mer. Superbe terrasse au calme avec une belle vue et hôtes accessibles et réactifs. Parfait !

Erna is a super friendly and responsive host! Apartment is close to two beaches (5 min by foot), 10 min to supermarkets and cafes, and bus stops. Calm and comfortable place, with a lot of rural areas around. We stayed with two kids and were totally satisfied)).

Wir hatten ein wunderschönen Urlaub in Kroatien. Zum Appartment von Nicole sei gesagt, dass es sehr sauber und ordentlich ist. Es ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet und man fühlt sich wohl. Von dort aus sind viele Attraktionen gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Außerdem liegt es sehr ruhig. Man muss aber dazu sagen, dass die Bilder ein bisschen verwirrend sind. Ich würde empfehlen dieses Apartment höchstens zu zweit zu buchen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Nicole ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. Prachtig, groot huis! We waren met een groep van 8 vrienden en hebben ons hier allemaal kunnen uitleven. Wanneer we aangekomen waren kwam de host de dag zelf nog bij ons langs om alle voorzieningen wat te overlopen. Ze was zeer vriendelijk en lief! Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig: 2 keukens, 2 woonkamers, 4 toiletten waarvan 2 in de badkamers, handdoeken, bedlinnen, voldoende borden en tassen, koffiezet, 2 broodroosters, vaatwasmachine, wasmachine etc. Het zwembad is zeer groot en heeft ons goed ten dienst gestaan voor een verfrissende duik bij het warme weer. Leuk dat er reeds speelgerei aanwezig was zoals verschillende ballen en opblaasbanden. De ligstoelen waren stevig en comfortabel met goede kussens. Buitendouche voor afspoelen aanwezig met warm water. De tuin bood ook voldoende schaduwplekken door de mooie olijfbomen en verschillende grote parasols. De BBQ was ook heel gemakkelijk en veilig om te gebruiken als je weet hoe je een vuurtje moet aansteken! Zeer aangename ervaring. Om de hoek heb je een koffiebar en een winkeltje met basisvoorzieningen die niet echt duurder was dan de supermarkt. Om de andere hoek een restaurant met uitgebreide kaart en heerlijke gerechten. Voor de rest hebben we voornamelijk de taxi genomen naar een supermarkt voor grote inkopen en om naar Pula te reizen. Prijzen van de taxi zijn goedkoop en gemakkelijk met app te bekijken. Openbaar vervoer was niet echt een optie. We waren een grote groep studenten die ons wel eens uitleven en het bont maken (natuurlijk ook de buren respecteren). We hebben geen klachten van overlast gehad tijdens ons verblijf.

Świetne miejsce, fajny basen to podstawa w upały :) do tego klimatyzacja i łazienka w każdym pokoju, ładne plaże w bliskiej okolicy. B. dobry kontakt z gospodarzami którzy są mili, pomocni, dyskretni. Polecam, z chęcią tu wrócę

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist perfekt für eine große Gruppe.

War wirklich ein super Aufenthalt und alles war wie erhofft. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bei Fragen melden und insgesamt war es das Geld sicherlich Wert.👍

Maison au calme dans lotissement très récent. Nombreuses activités à 20 minutes de voiture. Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Hôte réactif et prévenant. Une très bonne quinzaine passée ici !

Alloggio pulito e ben tenuto, l’host è stata gentile e educata. Se ho l’occasione ritornerò sicuramente! L’unica cosa è che vi e stato un disguido con gli asciugamani di cui sono stati presi senza avviso e non sono stati sostituiti. Per il resto, eccetto la palestra che si vede in foto di cui non abbiamo avuto accesso, posso solo che dire che è stato bellissimo soggiornare da lei 🫶🏻

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Anamarija war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Sie kam sogar extra um 4:30 als wir ankamen um uns den Schlüssel zu übergeben. Da wir nicht so viel Glück hatten mit dem Wetter waren wir froh um die Empfehlungen von Anamarija welche wir an den Regentagen genutzt haben. Wir werden die Villa sicher positiv bei Freunden und Familie erwähnen und werden die Villa hoffentlich in den Sommermonaten nochmals besuchen können. Wir sind mit allem zufrieden.
