Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Little touches made it feel homely. Perfect location - a short walk from the iconic coliseum, beautiful restaurants, bars, shops and a gorgeous view of the sea. Tanja was so helpful and flexible with an early check-in.

Great, comfy spot! Was perfect for a couple, but plenty of room for a couple more adults. Parking was easy and convenient. Host was very responsive and offered great instructions and recommendations. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This place is A+! The apartments are nice and provide everything you need, but what makes it really special are the kind hosts who are always available to help and so kind! The pools were the perfect way to beat the summer heat and the jacuzzi was amazing. They even lit some candles for us when they found out it was our anniversary. The surroundings are nice and quiet and peaceful and the sea is very close. Matilda and her husband also provide a sauna, open bar (free), lots of kids toys, gym, darts, BBQ, and much more! Definitely recommend it!!

Wonderful stay! Martina communicated with us before we arrived and met us on arrival. So nice! We got a bigger apartment than we had booked. What a location above Lovran for the great house, and what a garden! Quiet and peaceful. Very nice host family. We met 3 generations. Last night Martina brought us homemade apple cake. We can recommend this place! We would gladly come again!

Sweet apartment that was private yet close to downtown Porec. The apartment came with bikes which we used every day; also a very easy walk to Porec. Our hose greeted us with cake and homemade liqueur, was very helpful getting us set up in the apartment, including use of the washer, which was a great amenity. Would recommend as a host and a place to stay.

We had a very good time in the apartment - it was large and clean and with easy parking. Not far away are 2 large supermarkets and many beaches. It's necessary to get around by car, but it was more convenient for us. The owner is in the house next door, she and her husband are very kind and available for any need. We were given a pass to enter the Lanterna campsite, which was very welcome.

We felt completely comfortable in the place! Communication with the host was impeccable from the beginning, and we received valuable tips for our stay. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. Everything was easily accessible both on foot and by car. We would love to come back anytime and can highly recommend the place!

Erna is a super friendly and responsive host! Apartment is close to two beaches (5 min by foot), 10 min to supermarkets and cafes, and bus stops. Calm and comfortable place, with a lot of rural areas around. We stayed with two kids and were totally satisfied)).

We had a wonderful holiday in Croatia It should be said to Nicole's apartment that it is very clean and tidy. It is equipped with everything you could could ever need and you feel comfortable. From there, many attractions are well reached by car. It is also very quiet. But you have to say that the pictures are a bit confusing. I would recommend booking this apartment for two at most. All in all we were very satisfied. Nicole is a friendly and helpful host and we will be happy to come back :)

We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. I travelled with my whole family (in total 6 adults and 2 children and 1 dog) and we simply had a perfect time at House ANA! For the arrival we had fresh fruits, water and juice as a nice welcome from our hosts. The house is even better and bigger than shown on the pictures and the property itsself including the garden, its exceptional big pool (the pool gets cleaned regularly which is super!), BBQ place etc. are simply wonderful. We have spent most of the time at "home" because all we needed was there. The area around the house is also beautiful especially the proximity to Pula and the sea and also other nice destinations. Overall we had a perfect time and holiday together as family and enjoyed every single moment! Highly recommended and we hope to be back...

Great place, cool pool is in the heat :) plus air conditioning and bathroom in every room, nice beaches in the neighborhood. B. good communication with hosts who are kind, helpful, discreet. I recommend, I'd love to come back

Quiet house in a very recent development. Many activities within a 20-minute drive. Very clean and well equipped accommodation. Responsive and considerate host. A very nice fortnight spent here!

The apartment is very well laid out for two couples, and has all necessary amenities. The place has been nicely renovated.

We felt very comfortable in the villa. Anamarija was always available and helpful. She even came extra at 4: 30 when we arrived to give us the key. Since we were not so lucky with the weather, we were happy about the recommendations of Anamarija which we used on the rainy days. We will certainly mention the villa positively with friends and family and will hopefully be able to visit the villa again in the summer months. We are happy with everything.
