We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Our home is located halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! A fine choice to explore local area all year round this fully equipped and uniquely designed apartment on the first floor is located 10-15 min walk to the seashore. You'll have a nice balcony with a front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi, linen and washing machine. Our house is located in the small fishing village of Ližnjan, in southern Istria, Croatia. The house is 1 km away from the nearest beach, which is suitable for small children. Within a 3 km radius, there are many wild beaches, either rocky or pebbly, with crystal-clear sea. You can reach these wild beaches by car via a stone road or on foot if you prefer. The house is approximately 9 km from the larger city of Pula, where you can visit numerous historical and other attractions.
