Frano always responded very quickly to inquiries. On request for additional baby cribs and high chairs, it was immediately received and it had everything you could want on site. The hospitality of Frano and his family is excellent, we were provided with fruits and eggs from their property and Frano was always present and took care of the facility (pool etc.). We were picked up from the ferry and taken back to the port by private car on the day of departure. There is a lot of heart in the apartment but also in the care of their holiday guests. We felt comfortable from the first moment and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation, as well as holidays at Frano's.

Very clean apartment, faithful to the listing and well-equipped: coffee maker, dishwasher, hair dryer, sun loungers... 3 large terraces for eating, enjoying the sea view and enjoying the jaccuzzi. Big plus: the private garage! Hrvoje is very responsive to requests: we had a technical issue with the jacuzzi which was quickly resolved. Same for 2 blown bulbs that were changed right away. Two very small downsides: - the apartment is 200 m from the sea with a good coast to negotiate (40 m D+) - the jacuzzi is smaller than in the photos. For 4 (including 2 children) it's just enough... Otherwise the stay went very well, I highly recommend it!

Zvonimir and his family made me feel like home. Great view, quick internet, stores nearby. The location is great for someone who enjoys mountain biking and hiking.

Nives and Andrey were incredible hosts, from check in to check out they were super responsive, always on hand to help and had exceptional cooking skills and the same from their daughter with her cakes and Pastries 😍 There aren't enough words to describe how much we would recommend you booking to stay with this fabulous family. We had a couple of problems with the TV and before we knew it they had bought a new one to make sure our stay was perfect. Not only that but we had an issue with our hire car and they were both over within minutes to help us out and throughout until resolution. Andrey shared some wine from their family vineyard and some personalised videos on how it was made which was super cool to see. Remove any doubts you have in relation to booking here, you will have the best time with the best hosts. Everything is exactly as described and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

Marina is a very sweet and helpful woman! She can also tell you a lot about Split and the surrounding area. We enjoyed her beautiful, luxurious and neat penthouse. Everything has been thought of and everything is there. We recommend everyone to stay here

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Ana immediately greeted us in a friendly way at the beginning and explained everything. Unfortunately, we had no luck with the weather and could hardly use the outdoor area. Ana immediately responded to minor problems (sauna was only 45 degrees due to outside temperatures, outside lighting did not turn on) and tried to find a solution. I can fully recommend Ana as a host. The positive reviews speak for themselves. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Jelena's apartment. The accommodation including the terrace was perfect, my partner and I enjoyed spending time here. The accommodation was also ideal for our dog - private and with plenty of shade on the terrace due to the many plants. The direct location to the sea is unique, in just two minutes you are on the beach. The dog beach, which Jelena recommended to us, is about 5 minutes by car. We spent most days there, as there were usually few people there. Pučišća is a picturesque village that is not too crowded. We enjoyed the time immensely. Jelena was always available for questions and was a great host. We would love to come back :-)

We had a great stay at this place. Very good location, close to beach, shops and restaurants.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Mrs. Marija rents out a very nice and very very clean apartment. The apartment is well maintained and has a very nice view of the sea. The settlement where the apartment is located is very quiet. Nearby there is a very nice beach with free showers and nice beach bars. The sea is very clean. Free parking is also provided. Marija is a very responsive, flexible and very hospitable owner. She made us feel at home. I highly recommend staying in this apartment.🤩

This place is amazing and so are the hosts. Soon after our arival Miljenko's parents Zdravko and Ana greeted us and showed us around. During our stay they were always available and communicative with any of our needs. They also occasionally brought us some fruits from local farmers. This unit location is excellent because it takes about 5 minutes to walk to main street and closest beach. It's very quiet and private place with nice garden. Overall, we were very pleased during our vacation here.

We had an amazing stay! We are a family with one child, we had enough space. Kitchen was equipped. Nice terrace. Quite close to the beach (if you have a car). Very responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is just like it is an the photographs and is so peaceful. I don't think I've stayed anywhere as quiet before. We loved the pool and in the evening watching the sunsets and the bats fly around. Many have commented on the drive to the house, yes it's quite daunting the first time you drive up as it's very steep, but once you've done it once, it's not a problem. The house is about 10 away from Omis, but driving in/out each day was not a problem. There's lots to do nearby from river boat tours, the Zipline, rock climbing, quad biking and kayaking. Omis has some lovely restaurants and shops. The beach to the south of Omis is beautiful, crystal clear blue water. We spent two lovely mornings there. I thoroughly recommend staying here and it's been added to our list of places we'd like to return to one day.

We stayed a full week at Josip's place and have quite a few positive thoughts about the accomodation and the communication with Josip. First thing is the cleanliness. Everything is spot clean and well organised. This is surely the first thing one cannot not notice upon arrival. Towels and bed linen were provided. Even got bigger towels for use at the pool. The pool is of pretty decent size and is very nice and clean. Feels like being at a pool of a 4-5* hotel (but then for 4-8person)! The garden has a big walnut tree that provides plenty of shades during very sunny and hot days. This is also where we mostly sit when having a BBQ lunch/dinner. For whoever is looking for a lot of privacy, Josip's place is pretty much screaming that. Josip is a very helpful and proactive person and will go the extra mile to provide you with recommendations and tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. He is super responsive and available when in need

Hosts were helpful if needed, the apartment was clean and the balcony and views were fantastic. We loved having use of the lovely pool. As pictured the kitchenette is very small and sink hard to wash up in; the living area was quite small but we coped as we weren't there much! The apartment is up a very steep windy hill which would be hard (and a bit dangerous) to walk up especially in the heat. Took us about 20mins to drive into Split, you can also get a bus.

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

We were greated by the host who showed us around the house, it was spotless and as advertised. They had even prepared not one but two cheese and prosciutto platters, beer and water in the fridge. During our stay, the host came by early in the morning and tidied up the outside ares, swapped out the pool towels and longe mattresses, and also filled up on charcoal for the bbq. All and all an excellent house and host, would really recoment.

Maggie & her husband were super friendly and helpful with our questions and requests. We enjoyed the pool a lot as well as the outdoor grill place. Thanks! Due to location would recommend to rent a car for that place.
