We (family 2 adults, 2 children 11+13 years) had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. Location was perfect, everything was easily accessible. This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

we stayed for three days with our two children, Oreste and Aunt Adele were very nice giving us a lot of information about the area, I hope to return soon to visit the surrounding area.

The accommodation is spacious, super clean and the local pizza place is a gem. Luca is a fantastic host who is extremely friendly and goed the extra mile with local recommendations. Just a fantastic place!!

After 3 years, I returned to this extremely neat and simple cottage. Right here I found what I needed so much: absolute peace and quiet, simplicity, direct proximity to the forest and its animals...and not to forget the wonderful hostess, the cat Minuna - she still lives here, what happiness. I looked forward to daily firing and cooking at the wood stove, the quiet and starry nights, the encounters with different birds and animals in the nearby forest. After a day, I was already far away from my everyday life and lived totally slow through the days. So I sometimes recovered very quickly from my not quite cured flu. The contact with AnnaMaria was very warm and straightforward. In Lü, I was able to try one of their incredibly tasty cakes. One thing I know now - I'm sure I won't wait 3 years for the next visit to this house!

We had a wonderful time and surrounded by beautiful mountains everywhere close to a great location the apartment makes a great impression very nice hosts large parking . It is worth coming to this place, very good price I recommend Marcin

Of all the places my husband and I have ever stayed while on holiday, this lovely place tops the list! Just a short drive from Limone sul Garda, it offers a peaceful, comfortable, and special feel that an apartment in town will not. Mara and her mamma are so wonderful - we can’t wait to return one day!

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are of very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature," because the lake is right at your doorstep and you can immediately reach it for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or from the terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The center of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily within walking distance (only a short distance is on the street). Hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful to all questions of the stay and beyond.

This is my second time staying at Walter and Mariuccia’s place. I love their home because we really feel at our home. They are very kind and responsive hosts. Again, I love their surroundings. Mountains, rivers, cute cities close by. I highly recommend their place to stay and for sure I will go back again.

The place is cozy, very quiet, well furnished, decorated in the style of the area, the beds are fantastic. Everything is of impeccable quality and functional. Zuoz is a nice place with a train station and shopping. From Zuoz there are wonderful hiking trails, and in general the Upper Engadine offers a wide variety of outdoor activities. Some villages, such as the neighboring village of S-chanf, delight the eye with a lot of old building fabric and newer houses that continue the old style.

Great experience staying with Marinella. She was very helpful and always responded quickly, helped us with the tourist tax change and recommendations for dinner. There were even delicious biscuits in the kitchen :) The location was great, easy walk to good pizza. The views from the balcony are great too.

I had a wonderful stay in this small, super cozy apartment! The location is fantastic – quiet and at the same time easily accessible. Melanie is a very friendly and helpful host. Check-in and checkout were absolutely straightforward thanks to clear instructions. You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love – I felt comfortable immediately. Highly recommended!

Elena and Isabel were very very nice, friendly, polite and more importantly very professional in this. It was slightly difficult to find the place from the railway station. But the hosts helped with maps and photos for the directions. Once you get there, it's a heaven. The room included a comfortable bed, pantry, a clean washroom and a balcony with an amazingly beautiful mountain view. Hosts were welcoming us very warmly. The room was, beautiful, clean and tidy. Price was very reasonable and worth for every cent. Surrounding is like a heaven in the summer. TV and wifi were available. I will never visit Tirano again unless this place is available for my whole stay. I don't want to stay at another place. We came to this place after a long journey from Finland and our tiredness just disappeared once we got to this place. I would honestly recommend this place to any tourist who comes to Tirano and I would like to thank Elena and Isabel for the great hospitality! They deserve 7 stars. Not 5

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!
