Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Το “Tholos” guest house βρίσκεται στην βόρεια πλευρά της Σίφνου. Ένα ολοκαίνουργιο σπίτι (έτος 2021) συνδυάζει την παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική με μοντέρνες νότες. Φιλοξενεί μέχρι τέσσερα άτομα καθώς διαθέτει 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 2 μονά. Το “Tholos” guest house διαθέτει μια όμορφη μεγάλη παραδοσιακή αυλή που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την θέα του απέραντου γαλάζιου. Μερικές από τις ομορφότερες παραλίες του νησιού (Χερόνησσος, Βρουλίδια) απέχουν μόλις 2 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από το σπίτι.

The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

The studio is fully equipped with the necessary for your stay. To access the house you will need to climb about 25 steps.!

This traditional farmhouse is located in farmland in Plakoto, Sifnos. The house is a simple studio but has the necessary modern conveniences--including air conditioning--and is very private. It accommodates two people comfortably.
