Vacation rentals with beach access in Livadi

Konstantinos and his wife were lovely hosts. Very friendly, they gave us all the recommendations needed to go around Sifnos. The apartment is beautiful and peacefully and Vathi was a great choice to stay in. we even get to see the year party of the church on the dock of the village! they let us beach towels as I had lost my suitcase on the way to Sifnos... in a nutshell, it was the best holidays ever! thank you Konstantinos!

Fantastic place in a very beautiful surroundings, near the sea. George znd his family were very kind and helpful. They even surprised us with a little present. Tha accomodation is small but it is in perfect state. Kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. We enjoyed the terrace with the amazing view a lot. We defintely recommend this place for a stay in Sifnos.

Maria and Alexandros are great hosts. Their place is amazing. Recently renovated, everything is new, and the location is unbelievable. You are right on the water, 16 steps from your front door to getting ur toes wet. Paradise. The picture do it no justice. Thankyou.

The setting was beautiful, with a terrace overlooking the view with the monastery below. Very quiet, intimate place and beach within a 10 min walk. Host Barbara was adorable, very responsive and helpful. When we arrived, she offered us a small dessert made by herself and was available to answer our questions and advise us on the premises. The place had all the necessary amenities, I highly recommend this apartment!

The place was exactly as advertised. The entrance was tucked away inside a cute alley like walkway, with the balcony facing a quiet main road and the ocean. The location is perfect. Plenty of food and shops within a few seconds walking distance from the Airbnb. The stop for the bus that takes you around the island, is about a two minute walk from the Airbnb. George and his family were awesome! I met them all during the check-in process. George even came over to introduce himself and shook my hand. A nice group with nice energy. They even held my bags so I could explore, while I waited for my room to be ready. I arrived a bit early. And, his daughter handled the booking of my ferry to and from Athens. I’d definitely stay here again.

Georgia’s place is stunning! We loved our stay at Rocks & Waves! Our place was charming and very comfortable. We loved watching subsets from our own patio area and also from the amazing 7Seas restaurant and pool! We are grateful for Georgia being so kind and friendly! We felt like family!! The drinks and all food at 7Seas were delicious! Every aspect of our stay was superb! The town is easy to walk to and we enjoyed the sweet town with charming shops. Thank you Georgia and staff for being part of such a memorable first visit to Sifnos! We will return!

Dimitri's place is great, well-located, close to the beach (2 minutes), and close to the port and restaurants. It's very nice, very clean (cleaning every day), it feels really good. Good tips about the island from Dimitri.

Kostas was an impeccable host: friendly, clear, ready to help. The house is a small gem: very clean, tastefully renovated and equipped. Kostas also provides useful beach accessories such as an umbrella, masks and fins. I highly recommend it!

Words cannot begin to describe the beauty of this home! And the host is deserves 10 stars! If you’re searching for a spot in sifnos, search no more. You will NOT find anywhere better than here to stay! The views are absolutely breathtaking, the home is gorgeous and the host is unlike any other that you will ever have. Our stay at Stamatis house was exceptional, thanks to the incredible hosts, Mrs. Koula and Mr. Kostas. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Every morning, they brought us a delightful breakfast, and their care and attention made our stay truly special. The accommodation also featured a lovely backyard, which was perfect for our 1.5-year-old child to play and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

We spent 3 nights at John’s place and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The place itself was quite spacious and has a great view of the Hora. The location is great, walkable to the restaurants and other shops and has its quietness at night. It’s very easy to find and super clean. I wish we had extra time on Serifos! Will definitely come back again and would highly recommend anyone to stay at John’s place.

We loved everything and cannot wait to come back to this hidden treasure. The house and the terrace in front of the beach were so peaceful. Mega livadi is a wonderful place, full of history that Fragkiskos will be happy to share with you. He made us feel at home, suggested activities, made sure we had everything we needed. This is an absolute diamond! We loved every minute of our stay. The apartment is located in a beautiful village, with stunning beaches and hiking trails really close by. The apartment has so much soul! it is newly renovated and stylishly decorated with a lot of love. The host has been extremely helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back again.

A wonderful traditional house in a charming seaside village, surrounded by fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. The pristine waters and sandy beach are only steps from the door. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the host was very responsive to our requests. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The apartment was very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean throughout, spacious, and offered a fabulous seaside view from both living room and bedroom balconies. Margarita was very friendly and responsive to our requests. There was a great restaurant next door with very friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Their moussaka is a must! I would highly recommend Margarita’s apartment for a stay in lovely Kamares.

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Very nice accommodation, modern, tastefully decorated, very nice, beautiful terrace with superb view, beautiful bathroom, and easy access (you have to walk a little from the port but it's easy). We were well received by the person in charge of managing the apartment. Cats everywhere, which don't come into the apartment... thanks to the mosquito nets!! In short, it's a very nice place that we recommend. It is not the host's fault but we were only able to enjoy the accommodation for two nights instead of four due to a sailors' strike and the lack of a boat to get to Sifnos. We had taken out Airbnb insurance but the two nights were ultimately not covered (strikes are not covered...). I would have liked the opportunity to cancel these two nights and be refunded part of the amount advanced

Very nice place in a wonderful and peaceful surrounding. Georgia even organized a lot of beach toys for our daughter and we felt right at home. Two restaurants and a supermarket are in the village and the beach right at your feet, Georgia on top is a very kind and friendly host!

We loved the apartment and the position -a short walk to a lovely beach and great restaurants. The view was amazing from bedrooms and living area. Loved Sifnos.

One of the best accomodation experiences I ever had!! The host was super nice, very friendly and eager to make us feel like home, give recommendations for the area and fulfill our requests. He warmly welcomed us and he had prepared a whole dossier with tips for our stay, restaurants and beach suggestions etc. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the port. The kitchen was huge and fully equipped. We really loved the place! Only problem was that although the bathroom was quite big, the shower was tiny and we could barely move in it. Otherwise we were fully pleased with our stay and we would definitely recommend choosing this apartment.
