Airbnb guests have the entire upstairs / first floor space, which is exclusively for your use. Access is via the shared front door and hallway. We occupy the ground floor space. A delightful seaside location 250m walk to our sunny Rustington beach. Relax on the beach, swim, wind surf, kayak, paddle board Hike and bike in the South Downs. Come & enjoy :)

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Formally the old coastguard tower on Littlehampton seafront, this small and unique stay is a little gem. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. A quiet detached seaside retreat close to the beach and local shops. The property comprises : A stepped entrance into a spacious porch, leading into a comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, with freestanding bath and walk in shower cubicle, two double bedrooms, one single, private garden, off road parking. There is an annexe at the end of driveway with a single occupant +1 small dog, who requires pedestrian access only via the driveway.

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Light and airy accommodation located in the seaside town of Rustington, West Sussex. The Annex is attached to the main house, but with its own front door and parking space. Close proximity to historical Arundel, with its Castle and Cathedral, Goodwood - Racecourse, Festival of Speed and Revival. Brighton and Chichester are close too. Petit Palm is very popular and has receives great reviews from guests It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
