Vacation rentals in Little Tey

A little mix up on arrival but was soon sorted and was met and let in to the apartment. Great location just 2 minutes walk from Abbey Wood station and large Sainsburys which came in handy over the weekend. Host was very responsive on text and after leaving my Son realised he'd left his Apple watch in one of the bedrooms. A quick text and check of the apartment found it to be there and was returned within 2 days of our return home - so very grateful! Apartment was tidy, 3 floor to ceiling windows in the open plan living/dining room, great for light but we did keep the blind lowered on the big window (it was broken) but provided much needed privacy. All in all a great location and facilities for a weekend's stay for 6.

We had an amazing stay at Kathryn’s and would definitely recommend. It was a perfect space for the whole family with all the amenities we needed plus was a walkable distance from town. Kathryn communicated promptly before and during our stay and recommended some lovely spots to visit in the town

Lovely warm house, with easy instructions before arrival. There were three double bedrooms which were all comfortable. Large kitchen and the garden was enjoyed by the children. The house was great for the family and a short drive to city centre. We enjoyed the local parks. The shower was lovely! The bedroom TV did not work - not an issue for us but just for others who may have expected it. Just not tuned in.

Lovely accommodation, just like the photos. Very spacious living area with bedrooms off to the sides. All bedrooms are ensuite except for the twin which has an accessible wet room next to it.Lots of storage in bedrooms, wardrobe & 3 chests of drawers and nice new fluffy towels. The bathrooms were quite small, but large walk in showers. Kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of plates, cutlery etc. Sofas were very comfy & plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor space was perfect, big fenced in garden (which our dog loved!), large table and seating , 2 hanging chairs and nice lighting on the deck at night. Directly opposite was a reception area with a sauna and cinema room with games . We used the sauna a couple of times but it was rather complicated figuring out how to use the cinema!! We met Jacob on arrival & he was very friendly and helpful. Location is like a lot of Suffolk, quite remote, so you have to drive down narrow country lanes but easy to find. Very satisfactory, thank you!

Hannah's house is just lovely, maybe the only airbnb I've ever been to where I could totally imagine living there myself. It's a beautifully decorated adult space, but with loads of stuff for kids and lots of separate living spaces. Our toddler was ill the first few days we were here, and the toys and books were an absolute godsend, as was the lovely garden. We stayed here while visiting family in the area, but it's really handy for the central line and would also be a great base for visiting London. I'd definitely recommend this place, and would love to come back and stay here again.

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. Thank you Melissa, we’ll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's place in Bradwell-on-Sea with my family. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding, and just a short walk to the beach and scenic coastal paths. The place was well-equipped and comfortable. My daughter loved feeding Alpacas and Chickens. Would definitely recommend for a quiet family getaway!

Carl was a fantastic host. Caravan was in lovely location wnd very clean and Tidy. Would definately come back. Thanks carl
