This cozy, unique Cabin sits on Rainbow Island on the Little Red River. Here you will be able to fish, float, relax, and sit around the fire pit. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. High N Heber

Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it. We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

You can sit on the back deck and look at the river or use the community dock with your own slip to scoot up and down the Little Red while trout fishing. The space is ideal for couples or small families to stay while enjoying some time away. It is located near restaurants (Cafe Klaser & Macks Fish House), golf (Riverland Country Club), and Greers Ferry Lake.

Legacy Park Apartment next to Harding University

One block away from Harding University’s campus in central Searcy (and the campus Starbucks), this 1BR/1BA is over the garage a Legacy Park house. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with a private entrance off of the back. Renters have full access to the outdoor amenities including the grill, outdoor dining, and the fire pit. Perfect for visiting a student on campus, dropping off summer campers, or that prospective student visit to Harding!

Enjoy our newly painted home with all new linens. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 twins. Living room with new large TV. Use wifi to stream all of your favorite shows. Dining room seats 6 and 3 at the bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local favorites Backyard and covered patio- perfect for entertaining. Parts of the house contain Harding history. Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.
