Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Little Italy, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie

The place is very clean. Off street parking is a plus for us and the host was very nice. It's a safe location in Montreal by far. We would consider to stay at this place again when we going to Montreal in the future

We were very delighted to stay here during the F1 GP weekend. Easy to access. Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We felt safe and cared for. Very easy to get to the surrounding towns like Brossard, Longueuil and even the city of Montreal. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the town of Chambly but they provided us with a lot of brochures and recommendations of restaurants and things to do around which is much appreciated and hopefully next time we visit we will get to see more of what Chambly has to offer. We had an incredible time and many snacks and drinks were provided for our stay and even the oppurtunity to get fresh towels. We felt extremely cared for and next time I'm in Canada I will make sure to stay here. Very much worth it!!!

Came for a bachelor party and absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location. Clean place. Good beds. Big open areas to hang out. Close to great restaurants and bars. Great place for such a big group! Paris was extremely accommodating and very quick to reply to our questions. She even came over when we first checked-in to make sure everything was okay! Would definitely recommend!

It was an excellent place to stay for my first visit to Montreal. The distance from downtown was actually perfect — it allowed me to rest well when I needed to, but also easily go out and enjoy the city.

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

Beautiful home and a beautiful area. Excellent reading materials. Great TV and great selection to watch. Very considerate Host.

My partner and I were looking for a little getaway spot to relax and Gordon and Louis’ place was above and beyond what we were looking for. The large fully fenced backyard is even more beautiful than in the pictures and my dog thoroughly enjoyed it. The airbnb itself was like a hotel - it had everything we needed and more. We initially planned to explore Montreal during this trip but we ended up spending more time in Point Claire and it was really lovely! Louis and Gordon are top tier hosts and I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Great apt. and quick response time - we had such a great time in this city, loved how close it was to the orange line.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is really close to a Metro station which makes getting around super easy. The decorations and balcony were great additions. It does get a bit hot in here, but the fan helps cool you down. Our only complaint was we found the lock quite difficult to open each time. Fortunately, Patrick was very helpful and responded quickly!

Jessica’s place was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. The washer and dryer were convenient and there is good parking. Jessica was very responsive and gave good recommendations. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Montreal! The location was perfect - very walkable with great restaurants and easy metro access. Carlos was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this apartment. We needed a place with room for two adult couples plus bikes. The weather wasn’t nice enough to enjoy the back deck unfortunately, but it would have been a perfect place to grill some food from Jean talon and have a chill hang. We had everything we needed, easy to get in and out. One thing I really appreciated is that this was the first Airbnb I’ve stayed in that actual had enough towels. Two thumbs up!

We enjoyed our stay at Samuel’s place. The space was clean and as described. Parking was convenient and the location was close to the metro for easy access to the city. Samuel was quick to respond to correspondence. I would recommend to couples or families.

Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

My stay at the apartment was completely hassle-free. Everything was spotless and the open-plan kitchen and living area felt wonderfully spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location, right next to the Quartier Latin with countless restaurants nearby, couldn’t have been more convenient. The included parking space and the terrace were great bonuses. For the quality offered at this price point, the apartment is an outstanding choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing location across from the park. Walking distance to Mont Royal with many stores and restaurants, and also the Metro station. We really got a feel for the pulse of the city and were able to enjoy many of the summer festivals and activies.

We loved our stay! The host was kind, everything was clean, all of the amenities worked. It was right next to a convince shop and only a short drive away from the restaurants/nightlife. Reminder that there is a quiet policy at night so don’t bring big speakers! Thank you so much!

This stay is AMAZING, would 100% recommend to anyone coming to stay in Montreal. We visited during the 2025 Canadian Grand Prix (the busiest weekend of the year in the city!) and Jeremy was so helpful! A couple of standouts: 1) Fantastic proximity to Frontanec metro station (5 min walk) as well as the IGA grocery store 2) Spotless, well organized, and well equipped space (kitchen had staples like oil, S&P, coffee; bathroom had soaps, bath tissue and towels) 3) Outstanding service and support- after Day 1 of the Grand Prix, Jeremy went into storage to provide us with camping chairs so we didn’t have to sit on the ground at the racetrack! Jeremy truly goes above and beyond to maintain this space and make guests feel welcome. Absolutely worth every penny, and I would gladly come back next time I am in Montreal.

We loved staying here and found that Rene’s associate Juan was very responsive and helpful. The location is fantastic, a few blocks from the wonderful Jean Talon market and close to bars, restaurants, groceries and the Montreal bike share Bixi (highly recommend — use a browser, not the app, to sign up). We enjoyed poking around the huge Goodwill outlet (Renaissance) nearby. We would recommend this place to any traveler.
