Quiet apartment in Little Italy, 2 minutes from the metro

Bright, spacious and quiet apartment in the Rosemont neighborhood near Petite Italie, 2 minutes from the Beaubien metro station which leads to the city center. A closed bedroom adjacent to the living room and portable air conditioning installed at the window in the summer. Close to places to visit, walking distance to the Plateau and Jean Talon market. Safe paid parking behind the building ($12/day or $3/hour). We are in a condominium, quiet people only and parties are prohibited please CITQ # 317161

The Sweet Arcade

The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.

This apartment was nicely furnished with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was good. We were able to walk to several great restaurants within a few blocks, and the Metro is only a 10-minute walk away. The host is incredibly nice and responsive, and there were several nice touches and amenities that show how much the host(s) care about their guests. Overall, this was a great booking!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great for your visit to Montreal I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment is thoughtfully designed—super comfortable bed, beautiful high ceilings, and great natural light. The smart TV setup was perfect, and I appreciated the fresh, clean scent every time I walked in. The location is ideal, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, yet still peaceful and quiet inside. The space strikes a perfect balance between feeling homey and hotel-like—clean, minimal, and easy to settle into. Yoel was a great host—responsive, attentive, and clearly puts care into the space. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, stylish stay in a great area.

we had the pleasure of staying here while watching the Formula One and it was a fantastic find. The neighbourhood is peaceful, but has lots going on just down the road with restaurants and great cafes, plus a supermarket. The bedroom and Bathroom both felt private, and the host was very friendly but not intrusive at all. There is a Bixi bike dock right next to the house, which is simple to use and get round the city - plus we used Uber and Taxis, both of which found the Airbnb no issue.

I enjoyed my stay here. Gloria and her cat, Edgar, are excellent hosts and made me feel right at home. Similar to the other reviews, I found the room and the shared areas to be clean and cozy. The bed was comfy too. As for the neighbourhood, I loved that I could walk or bike pretty much anywhere. Metro is a short walk away too. I recommend Gloria's place and would rebook in my future visits to Montréal.

In Mtl. for daughter’s wedding. This, my third visit with Denstays, Louis and team provided stress free accommodation, and even arranged parking for me. The flat was comfy, and complete, and included delicious olive oil, and plenty room for wedding cake in the large fridge. ‘Little Italy’ is a vibrant neighborhood, and I felt safe walking, as a single traveler. My favorite find this time was Gema Pizza, a block away. Enjoyed a wonderful family dinner at Lundis au Soleil on Jarry E., (long walk, or Uber). Seasonal menu and celiac friendly. Recomm this property for short or for long term stay.
