Luxury Glamping by Loch Etive

Jane’s pod was lovely - everything was new, clean and easy to use. The pod is in a lovely location, where you can enjoy nature but also be close to Oban’s attractions. Highly recommended!

Isle of Mull, Ormaig self-catering cottage Lochdon

NeilRating, 5 stars2 months ago
What a place to stay!! From the initial booking and super communications with Steve, we’ve enjoyed the best few days in Scotland ever!! The bothy is in the most idyllic location on Mull, but at the same time only a short drive from the ferry terminal. We were met by Steve on our arrival (earlier than expected as the cottage had been free the day before..this gave us half a day extra really!) and showed around the property…wow, wow and WOW!!! The design, the immaculate presentation, the comfiest of beds..an absolute credit to Steve who has put so much thought and effort into such a wonderful place..and the view…well, there aren’t any words!!! We were blessed with beautiful weather whilst spending our few days exploring parts of the island (the bird life is exceptional!!) but if the weather had been different, we could’ve very happily stayed in the cottage just watching the tide roll in and disappear again!! Thankyou so much for letting us stay..we’ll see you again soon!! Jill and Neil

Cruachan Hideaway, Taynuilt near Oban, mezzanine +

What an incredible place! We were blown away by Tricia’s attention to detail, it honestly had everything you could ever need. The space was immaculate and cozy, and the garden was stunning. We were only there for two nights but came away wishing we’d stayed for longer, I’m sure we’ll be back! One of the best holiday lets we’ve ever stayed at, Tricia is an excellent host!

detached cottage over looking sea

MichaelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was a simply fabulous stay, if i could have awarded six stars i would have. The location is perfect, affording a water view from the bedroom and breakfast area. The room has all you need, and is spotlessly clean. Jennifer is an amazing host and communication from great from the moment of booking. And the breakfast provided was the perfect start to the day. Honestly, stay here!!

The Old Smithy Cottage

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I spent an enjoyable week at the Old Smithy. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. As others have stated before, the road is noisy but ear plugs supplied will help if you're not used to that, personally I live by a main road so was expecting it. Caution is required when leaving by car as it is a very fast road. Overall a very nice stay and Stanley was very friendly.

Seal Cabin - A wee piece of Scottish Luxury

HarrietRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a brilliant 4 night stay at Seal Cabin with our dog - so peaceful, cosy and had everything we could possibly wish for. We loved waking up to the views of the beautiful loch everyday (and seal watching!) and it was a perfect location for walking in the local area and driving to visit other areas. Iain and his family were really friendly and gave us some great recommendations around the area. Would highly recommend a stay at Seal Cabin!
A charming cottage is positioned near a winding road, surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. A clear sky with scattered clouds can be seen overhead, enhancing the serene outdoor ambiance. The natural garden invites a sense of tranquility and connection to nature.

Point Cottage, Isle of Lismore

JoRating, 5 stars6 days ago
A comfortable, well-furnished and -equipped cottage on this beautiful and peaceful island. A pretty garden and stunning views of loch and mountains. The garden room is something special. Very close to the foot ferry to Port Appin (coffee and scones at the Pierhouse!) We loved the Lismore Heritage centre and cafe. Care is needed with the sloping ceilings in the bedrooms.

Boathouse Chalet Connel

JamesRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Jeanne and Stuart were kind and wonderfully attentive hosts at their comfortable and well-equipped Boathouse Chalet, with a stunning garden leading down to a beautiful seating area by the water. The chalet is very well placed to explore Argyll and we had a great time both on boat trips, island-hopping and visiting nature reserves and castles further inland. In the evenings, Jeanne kindly recommended some great places to eat and the seafood didn't disappoint! An amazing place to stay and felt like 'home from home' with the warm welcome we received. Very much recommended and am already planning to return to explore this beautiful area further!
