Small traditional Toulouse house, said to be on one level, completely renovated, located in the Sept Deniers district, a stone's throw from the Ponts Jumeaux and 15 minutes from the hyper center. In fine weather, you can enjoy a dining area on the terrace in the shade of an arbor overlooking the owner's vegetable garden and in case of high heat, the recently installed air conditioning will bring you some freshness.

Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.
