Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. There are three bedrooms and can be made up in the alcove in the living room, and on the sofa in the living room. The wilderness bath is free to use and there is a fire pit, trampoline, slide, outdoor shower with hot water and much more. Welcome. You must bring your own bed linen + towels.

In the house there is a wood-burning stove and heat pump. There are also charging stations if you come in an electric car. Definitely a must-see home.

The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box mattresses, which function as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combined living room/kitchen, entrance and small bathroom with shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with access to the beach from the landowners' association beach. NOTE: due to dog allergy, no pets. Sorry.

100-year-old, beautiful, warm, dry and well-maintained log cabin in Asserbo, with newly built annex, on 2,000 m2, quiet and sunny natural grounds, close to one of the best beaches. (5 min/car, 10 min/bike, 30 min/ walk). The main house has a large kitchen, wood stove, dining area for 6 people, bedroom with Queen size bed, chamber with 1 single bed. Bathroom with toilet, shower/seat bathtub, washing machine. Utility room with dishwasher. Annex: 2 beds. 3 sleeping places and heat pump, so it is always dry and nice.

Beautiful cottage in Melby/Asserbo/Liseleje

Recharge your batteries in this lovely summerhouse set in an idyllic setting at the end of a dead end road. The deer come to visit in the scenic garden and with a lovely terrace and only 2 km to the beach there is a good setting for outdoor life. The house is not far from Liseleje with the lovely beach, Melby as well as Hundested harbor., which allows for both experiencing good food, art and fishing crabs. NB. Guests must bring linen and towels. For an additional fee, a linen package can be rented.

This is our pearl. This is where we escape the busy city life of Copenhagen and spend time together as a family. Pancakes for breakfast. BBQ for dinner. A swim in the ocean. Our lovely summerhouse from 1972 is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a colorful mix of the 1970s and modern living. During summertime you can use our terrasses, trampoline, bonfire etc in our big and private garden. If you are lucky you can watch deer ,squirrels, pheasants and sometimes even owls.
