Vacation rentals with beach access in Lisbon

Location was ideal. Esther thought of all the amenities..wine for first evening, coffee for first morning and everything in between. I would highly recommend esters place for those who are able to do a 4th floor walk up.

One of our best stays yet! Carlos was an amazing host. The walkthrough of the apartment and local recommendations was a nice touch. So friendly and love how easy it was to get into the building and unit. Also - VERY convenient location by some of the nicest beaches and only 10 steps away from the train station. Very comfy bed and stunning views! Highly recommend!

Carla’s place was attractive, clean, comfortable, and picturesque. Very nice view of the surrounding houses and river. The location was in a beautiful old part of Alfama in an internal plaza accessible only by stairs. Convenient to Santa Apolonia station. Carla gave us lots of great recommendations. Highly recommended!

Idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la mer, en traversant une forêt de pin. La vue depuis la terrasse est un atout indéniable et tout est fourni pour passer un superbe séjour. Les vélos mis à disposition sont un plus fort agréable pour rejoindre le centre ville. Ivo répond en cas de sollicitation et est compréhensif. Je recommande ce logement et son hôte.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment on the top floor of the building with views of the city. this location was very convenient for exploring the city but far enough from the downtown where it was relatively peaceful/quiet. One night there was some late night construction noises, but with the windows closed you could barely hear anything. The flat is a studio type set up, without separation between the three spaces (kitchen/dining, bedroom, living space), but the floorplan was large enough where it felt like there was a lot of privacy. Rita was a great host. The bakery downstairs is delicious, and be sure to try the garum restaurant around the corner for some really unique food!

Pedro’s place was wonderful. Clean, and in such a great location. Highly recommend!

I will list out Pros and Cons for this listing: 1) Pros: -- Convenient location and you can get Uber right by walking approx 300 steps. -- Grocery store is nearby which is a great plus with kids. -- Kitchen is well-stocked and has all pots/pans necessary for cooking a meal. -- Washer and dryer were a huge help in the rainy weather that we encountered 2) Cons: -- Its an old building so kids cannot make much noise and play around. So this is ideal for a couple but a bit restrictive if someone has kids. -- The entry of the apartment is a lot complex then it should be. Owner was extremely responsive & helpful however I recommend to check-in not too late and make sure to co-ordinate with the owner for smooth check-in. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay again if ever got a chance. Thank you

Don't think twice- book this place! Dalila's place is absolutely stunning inside and out. The kitchen is adorable and stocked with all the tools you need, the entire home was so clean, and you just honestly cannot beat the views. The weather was super windy and rainy during our stay, but that just made cozying up inside feel even better. Lovely little cafe just up the road, groceries nearby, and an amazing seafood restaurant that Dalila was able to get us a reservation at (even when I asked way too last minute, lol). We will remember this romantic little getaway forever!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het huis van Dinis. Zeer prettig ontvangst en uistekende communciatie. De ligging van het huis is erg bijzonder met fantastisch uitzicht. We zijn 4 nachten verbleven en hebben genoten van alles wat de omgeving te bieden heeft. We hebben fantastische hikes gemaakt vanuit het huis naar Cabo de Roca. Wel een uitdagende hike met vele hoogtemeters met mooie uitzichten en stranden, zoals Praia da Ursa. Ook een hike naar het noorden naar het strand Paria do Gribeto. Ook een fantastisch strand waar je je even alleen op de wereld voelt. De afdaling naar het strand is wel écht een uitdaging. Heerlijk gegeten bij het restaurant Azenhas do Mar - Piscinas op nog geen 400 meter van het huis. Daarnaast lekkere verse vis gehaald bij de lokale markt en die heerlijk gegrild op de BBQ. Kortom, we hebben mega genoten van de rust, ruimte en alle uitzichten.

It was a pleasure staying at Ricardo’s place. The place is on the first floor of the house and has big lawns, fruit orchards and ample parking space. The view of low hills and sunrise from the balcony was beautiful. My daughter enjoyed the hammock in the balcony. Overall it was a very nice, peaceful and soul soothing stay in natural surroundings.

A perfect little spot for an overnight stay. The house is in the back garden of the owners but has privacy and feels separate. My only comment would be to get information regarding location the property in advance, as my messages weren't always seen very quickly which did make for a little difficulty in establishing the exact location with my uber driver! Otherwise an absolutely lovely stay in a beautiful, spacious and clean property.

Carlos was a great host the space is beautiful clean and spacious. the location is close to many beautiful areas. We stayed here because we were in town for a friends wedding and it was easily accessible to all the events in cascais and estoril. Carlos gave us lots of recommendations and the instructions for check in were very organized and easy to understand. Would definitely stay here again

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

Waren extrem zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Wir haben die ruhige Umgebung und die direkte Nähe zum Meer so geliebt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und richtig gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. David war ein super lieber Gastgeber - umsichtig, freundlich und proaktiv. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! :)

We loved our stay at Pedro & Ana's beach house, as did our one-year-old baby who felt right at home. The location is unbeatable with a direct view of the ocean and a short walk around the corner from the beach. Grocery stores are just a short 10-15 minute drive away. The backyard, hammock, and brand new grill were the perfect place to relax. Pedro & Ana were so welcoming and helpful, setting out a chilled bottle of wine for our arrival and sharing local recommendations with us. The kitchen could use some new pots/pans and cutting boards (we ended up buying our own to use) but otherwise is well equipped (e.g. hand blender, hand mixer, separate oven and microwave). And unlike other beach houses we've stayed at, there was no shortage of hot water! Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed 11 days with our kids. Age 9.6.4.1. The baby was in our room with the crib and the 3 in the other bedroom. Worked out great. Large entertainment room. The kids loved the Lego (I’m sure it will be found by future guests in random spots). We loved walking from our place to the coast. Close to good grocery stores. Lots of park days. Pool was amazing. Great for my 1 year old to scoot around the shallow part.

El apartamento de Luis es lo mejor. La verdad que está bien ubicado, en frente de la playa, estás a máximo 20 minutos en Uber del centro de Lisboa, tienes supermercados cerca y además un restaurante de sushi justo al lado que es increíble. Así que cuando regresen a Lisboa, el apartamento de Luis es el lugar.

Der Austausch mit Ricardo war sehr einfach. Sobald ich Fragen hatte, wurden die schnell beantwortet. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ricardo ist super Gastfreundlich und hat mir auch einiges empfohlen, was ich in der Region von Costa da Caparica unternehmen konnte. Wenn ich wieder nach Costa reise, ist Ricardos Apartment die 1. El apartamento es estupendo para dos personas, con todo lo que se necesita y un ambiente que invita a relajarte en él. La localización es perfecta para acceder a la playa y para ir a Lisboa en autobús. Sin duda recomendamos este apartamento y a Rossana que es super atenta. Muchas gracias ☺️

Todo ha sido maravilloso, la ubicación, el alojamiento y el anfitrión. Ling fue muy amable en todo momento, dando recomendaciones muy útiles. Cuando volvamos a Lisboa repetiremos, sin duda.
