The guest area (1st floor) with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!!!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Great, especially for bike enthusiasts and sports enthusiasts . Centrally located between Soester center and the spa town of Bad Sassendorf each about 5 km . The nearest bakery, butcher, pharmacy and shopping as well as gas station in about 2.5 km in Oestinghausen. Lake Möhnesee is only 20 km away.
