Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lippstadt

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. Size of the house was great. Everyone had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, hot tub and outdoor sauna were great. A baby cot and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and right behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The place Cobbenrode is not big. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For an extended weekend with friends to relax or even hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we could enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quickly available for questions and could also help remotely. Thank you very much.

We all liked Andres' apartment. We were there with 8 adults and 2 young children. That was a great fit. The area is beautiful, but even in bad weather you can enjoy playing pool or using the sauna. Communication with André was great and he is very accommodating We would book the apartment again

A quiet place to stay. Three individual apartments with flexible check-in. All very individually designed and cozy. Well equipped kitchen. Great for larger groups with common area but also privacy in the individual apartments. Quiet location on the field. Easy check-in and easy contact with Bernd. There was even a mid-week cleaning. A very beautiful and well-kept cottage with everything you need – practically furnished and equipped with every comfort. Extra plus: there is a charging station that you can use, which was very convenient for us. The host was super friendly and always quick to respond to questions. The area is quiet and perfect for taking beautiful walks or discovering nearby cities. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! The only small flaw is the sound transmission of the house. You can hear the upper apartment quite loudly.

This was our first time staying with Janine, the property was as described and felt like home from home. There was a bundle of local information to hand, the are is stunning along with local amenities. On property car parking was much appreciated, safe and secure. We felt at home from the first moment. Gabriele is a very warm, flexible and helpful host. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has a special charm. Due to the large window front, the apartment is very bright, but very cozy in combination with the furniture. The apartment was fully equipped and we didn't miss anything. We would book the apartment again at any time and recommend it to anyone looking for an Airbnb nearby.

Hi, We can only recommend the place, we were received so warmly and openly the hosts Antje and Markus were very kind and warm we felt right at home. It was all sparkling clean, the apartment was super equipped from kitchen utensils to hygiene items, everything was there. We were 4 adults and had enough space, the beds were very comfortable. The location is quiet and beautiful. I think it would also be a great option for a vacation with your partner and child / children. Unfortunately, we were only there one night because we were at a festival nearby, but we didn't want to leave the next day. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back! Kind regards

The apartment including sanitary area is very nice and modernly furnished. Everything you need, such as Dishes and cutlery are extensively available and the beds are super comfortable. Daniel took care of a problem that existed on our arrival, which may have arisen due to our very short-term booking, very reliably, friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

It was already our second visit to the apartment. Everything was just as good as the first time. Adam is very helpful and responds quickly. It is very clean and well appointed. The WiFi in the desk allows remote work without any problems (also from the balcony).

This is a beautiful setting through Heike’s garden to a separate apartment. Everything you could need was there and all super stylish. The location is superb, travel into Soest is really easy and if we had been staying longer we would have tried using the bus. There is supermarket shopping a short walk away so self catering was no problem. We were able to unload right by the house and then parked a few yards away in a car parking space for the streets residents so very safe. Thoroughly recommend this host.

This apartment was the absolute hit! From the first minute, we felt welcome and at home. Original, as in the photos, the apartment is very nicely decorated and equipped and exudes its charm! We didn't miss anything! Super good communication before and during the stay. Again and again!! :)

A beautiful, spacious apartment! However, only partially suitable for 8 people. There is only one toilet that is integrated into the bathroom and accessible by steps. A little dangerous and not accessible for the elderly at night. For 6 people who know each other well, but no problem at all. The apartment is super clean, very chic and stylishly furnished. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but fully suited for small cooking actions. Very large fridge compartment. Huge TV and large couch for everyone. The conservatory is also very nice, where you can sit outside nicely.

We arrived late and were able to enter the apartment immediately thanks to the key box. We felt very comfortable during the stay, the apartment is very nice and there was everything we needed. Paul's mother is very friendly and helpful, immediately asked if we needed anything else or wanted tips for restaurants or activities. We were able to reach out to them at any time.

We had a lovely time in this apartment. It is very clean, central and yet nice and quiet. If you like it soft, you should sleep in the bedroom, it is a little harder on the sofa. Sven is super friendly and personable! The view was beautiful every day, we saw the mountains and watched cows and sheep from the living room. Glad to come back!

Very happy with the apartment and how spacious it was. Perfect for my short trip to visit family who were close by. Any questions were quickly answered while I was there.

We were only there for a few days, but would have liked to have stayed longer. Merle and her husband are wonderful hosts and the apartment is beautiful. We will be happy to come back again if we are in the area.

We felt totally comfortable at Jutta's. The apartment is beautiful and really perfectly equipped! What we particularly liked is the children's equipment, which made the trip with our toddler much more relaxed. We will be happy to come back! :)
