Waterfront vacation rentals in Lippe

We spent a weekend here with the family and loved it. We were there with seven adults, one child and our dog. The house is really a dream! It is very nicely decorated and offers many opportunities to sit together nicely (two living rooms and a great conservatory). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds - there are three bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed - are very comfortable. The house is very nicely located directly on the Weser. Right in front of the house you can park for free. The city center of Bad Karlshafen is within walking distance. In addition, a Netto and two bakeries are within walking distance. It was special that Eckhard (one of the hosts) welcomed us at check-in with coffee and cinnamon rolls :). We highly recommend the place for a stay

The apartment was very cozy and there was nothing missing. Check-in was easy to master thanks to the good description/pictures. It is also good that there is a parking card with which you can park on selected streets for just €3.50/day. We will be happy to come back!

My vacation at Elke&Jörn's was very nice! The two are great warm hosts. I felt very much at home in the apartment. It is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. It really has everything you could need. Really great!! The house, the garden and the immediate surroundings are pure idyll. Would love to go back:) Greetings..

Nice stay at Angela's for the New Year's Eve

We really enjoyed staying at the place. The room is very cozy and you have everything you need. The location directly on the Weser is beautiful. Alexander was always easily accessible and very friendly

I spent 2 nights there, small but nice. Quiet, clean, room was as described and photos. I felt safe and well taken care of. No fridge, no kitchen, I got along very well with it. The room is so super cheap, so I'm happy to do without luxury. Although the room has a large TV and super fast Wi-Fi, so everything I needed was there. To be honest, the very good contact with Frauke and her animals was important to me. I am more than happy to recommend Frauke as a host. P.S. We had 3 beautiful days in Bad Lippspringe.

From booking to checkout, everything worked out great. The place is a dream. Everything you need is here and much more. Spacious, furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace with furniture is great and my little granddaughter was able to let off steam here. I've never had a children's room like this in any accommodation. Fantastically furnished, plenty to play with and something for every age group. Nearby good shopping such as Edeka, Netto, Lidl, REWE and bakeries. Conclusion: We will definitely be back in this fantastic house in the countryside. We thank you for the hospitality. Heike greeted me personally despite arriving late. "Feel at home" she said - and that comes in the cozy and quiet house as if by itself... A special experience to try for yourself!!

Too bad time is gone so quickly:-) Thanks for the nice days with you - we felt absolutely welcome and comfortable! The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, the bed is super comfortable, the view towards Weser is uniquely beautiful and interesting books can also be found. In the well appointed kitchen, there is even enough space for supplies brought, which we have rarely experienced so far. Our dog was welcome, also at Café Sorgenfrei, which was open for 2 days. In addition to delicious cake, there were friendly and approachable conversations with the other guests - something very special, Dirk and Alois created it. Hiking and excursion tips were provided for free and some chats with depth as well. We will certainly be repeat offenders and are already looking forward to our next break with you!

We had an amazing time having a great time!!! Kerstin and Kalle were super friendly, helpful and gave us many recommendations on what to do. The place has a great location: very nice and quiet area but at the same time supermarkets and restaurants nearby and many opportunities to do, especially with children - either on foot or 5 minutes by car. The place itself is very nicely decorated and just has EVERYTHING you need so you feel at home. We will be happy to come back :)

Great apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. It is lovingly decorated and has a balcony from which you can hear a stream rippling. The apartment is a great base for hikes to the Externsteine and the Hermann Monument. Monika is a warm host and we felt very welcome.

A comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of an old farmhouse in the village of Vernawahlshausen, a short drive from Uslar. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is just under the roof of the farmhouse, so during hot sunny weather it can get quite hot in the apartment. I was there during the heatwave in July 2022, and (being Scottish) there were a couple of days when I found the heat uncomfortable. The hosts very kindly arranged for me to sleep in a spare bedroom on the ground floor of the farmhouse, which was much cooler. Many thanks. I would be very happy to stay in this apartment again if I return to this part of Germany. One other comment. If you're interested in cycling, a good off-road cycle path connects Vernawahlshausen with the very nice Weser Cycle Path. A trip to Hann. Münden is worthwhile, and I recommend the Ratsbrauhaus for lunch.
