Thanks to the three floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows, it is pleasantly bright, and the underfloor heating. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a large sink, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, a sink, and a refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery, and pots are provided for two people.

The idyllically situated "Mühlenhaus" on the Mühlenbach of the Nethe is part of the castle ensemble in Amelunxen. Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The large garden and the direct water location also ensure peace and quiet.
