High quality renovated (100 square meter) stunning house 15 meters from the sandy beach of Kuorinka. The house is peacefully located about one kilometer from the public road. The beach is shallow and sandy, water is extremely clear. The house has two spacious bedrooms, a livingroom-kitchen, a large utility room, shower, sauna and separate WC. The living room offers a fabulous view to the lake. The house is surrounded by a large terrace. In the yard is an outdoor sauna and a campfire.

Vain 25 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Joensuun keskustasta sijaitseva mökki. Rauhallinen sijainti, erityisen hyvä pariskunnille rauhoittumiseen. Sijaitsee Viinijärven rannalla. Mökissä vuonna -20 remontoitu keittiö ja sauna. Mökkiin nousee pesuvedet järvestä, mutta juomavedet on tuotava mukana. Keittiön hanasta tulee myös lämmintä vettä. Mökin lämmitys leivinuunilla ja ilmalämpöpumpulla. Kompostiwc erillisessä rakennuksessa. Liinavaatteet eivät kuulu hintaan. Ei lemmikkejä.
