Branislav’s place was the one of the best I’ve ever stayed in with my daughter! Beautiful location, on the river, walking distance to Zemun old town and few min away from city centre by public transport. As passionate runner, I truly enjoyed morning peaceful runs by the river. View from the flat is stunning with unforgettable sunrises. Hugely recommended and we’ll be for sure returning guests 🤩

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Apartment was clean and spacious. Convenient location, 2 minute walk to Delta City shopping mall, which had a grocery store in it. Close to public transit (buses and trams) and taxi terminal.

Marija is an amazing host! Her place is filled with love and peace, making it a truly special stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful notebook with recommendations and instructions—it added a personal touch that made everything even easier. The home itself is cozy and comfortable. The only thing I couldn’t find was an electric kettle, but there were good alternatives, so it wasn’t a problem at all. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful—definitely take some time to walk around and explore. And a special thanks for the basketball playground—it was such a great bonus! Would absolutely stay here again!

My stay at this Airbnb was delightful! The house was small and cozy, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Despite its size, it had everything I needed, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location was absolutely fantastic—super close to the city center, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was incredibly convenient without sacrificing peace and quiet. The host was amazing! She was super friendly, welcoming, and her English was excellent, which made communication seamless. She was also very responsive and went out of her way to ensure I had a great stay. I’d give this Airbnb a 4.7 out of 5. While there wasn’t anything major to complain about, there’s always room for small improvements (though nothing comes to mind at the moment!). I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot with a wonderful host. I’d definitely stay here again!

Ambience was upscale, kitchen equipped with all appliances, garage in the house, quick to walk everywhere, old town just across the street to reach as well as BW, playground, gym publicly opposite, apartment was sufficient for small family. Thanks to Pavle We will definitely recommend it

Our stay here was truly special! The apartment is in a wonderful location, just a short walk from markets, cafés, bars, and public transport. The space has such a cozy and inviting feel, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. We loved the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. The balcony overlooks a beautiful green yard with cherry blossoms, creating the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Mert was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, peaceful, and just perfect for a relaxing stay. The place itself looks better than the photos in the listing. A beautiful balcony for a peaceful morning coffee might be the highlight of this apartment. You have plenty od towels, dishes, and all llthe little things you would need for a short stay. Host was very responsive, answered my questions within minutes and was very easy to cooperate with. I'm looking forward to visiting this place again.

Probably my favourite Airbnb location in several years! Super cool place, great for 1-2 nights, and it was beautifully arranged for us- even the hot tub was ready for our arrival. I loved the considerate amenities like sanitary products, a steamer, complimentary drinks in the fridge- think to make it feel like home. Nikola kindly booked a taxi for us as it was difficult without speaking Serbian, and he graciously offered us to take our time for check out as he didn’t have a guest coming the same day. I loved the local community, too, as there is a little cafe and supermarket on the street- perfect for the time before you are ready to head into the centre.

We enjoyed our stay at Pavle’s home. We felt like at home-it was cozy, warm, and we had everything we needed. The house is really greatly equipped with different amenities so it’s perfect for longer stays as well. Pavle was a great host, always responsive and checking if we needed anything. The area is quite peaceful and residential, while only two streets away you can find lots of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation to reach other parts of the city. Highly recommended in every aspect! :)

The place was great, well located, big enough for comfortable staying. There are also two beautiful cats who live in garage, outside. The bed is so comfy too. The only negative things are hot water somehow is not hot enough. Also there could be thicker blanket. But the rest is great.

It was a pleasant stay, the pictures don't do justice the house. It's really pretty and has all necessary things: towels, cooking supplies, air conditioner, etc. We also enjoyed a pool on the territory and rode around a lot to see beautiful spots.

Zoran was a great host! Even though we didn’t get to meet in person, the communication was constant and easy. The place was easy to find, and the interior was tasteful, blending modern comfort with practicality.

Amazing place to stay in Belgrade. My Serbian friends called it the best splav house they ever saw. Very personal and well build interior. Nice terrace. Highly recommend. Be aware about transportation - taxi and delivery is hard to get to this house, and there is 25 min walk to the ada mall, where u can get taxi. Overall - its a very good place, i spent here 2 days with my friends and very thankful to hosts for this opportunity.

We spent a week in Belgrade and stayed in this apartment. It was very beautiful, the views are amazing and the interior itself looked just like in the pictures. I really recommend this to a groups of 3-4 people. The area is very walkable, with many places to it. The check-in was easy and fast, so was the checkout. The host was responsive and always ready to help.
