Monthly Rentals in Lions River

We booked Penny's place at the last minute and she was more than willing to assist us. The space is lovely, we enjoyed meals in the open plan kitchen with a view over the valley. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The shower was piping hot and clean which was superb on a rainy cold weekend. Full dstv bouquet allowed us to enjoy the UCI XCO races. All in all, an incredibly pleasant weekend. Thanks Penny.

Didn’t get to stay due to time but the host was always responsive and helpful. Will definitely find time to stay with my partner another time

Adorable little cottage. My only recommendation would be that we are given instructions for security reasons and more curtains be put up as in the evenings you can see straight into the cottage from various windows including the bathroom. Also, we were unaware that the shower didn’t have hot water. Otherwise a very sweet cottage with so many added details and complimentary treats including sherry, biscuits and honey! Had an amazing retreat at Shayleen's place. Beautifully decorated with hospitable staff and thoughtful touches. The Nguni cows and dogs at our doorstep made for an even better experience. I will be back.
