Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, der über einen Lift erreichbar ist und erstreckt sich über das gesamte Dachgeschoss (85qm) + 2 getrennt voneinander begehbarer Balkone (teils überdacht). Genießen Sie den ungetrübten Ausblick von den großzügigen Balkonen ohne angrenzende Nachbarn oder störenden Einblick.

In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man von der Wohnung aus das Musiktheater, den Botanischen Garten, den Mariendom und die Landstraße. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag lädt der naheliegende Park zum Seele baumeln und Ruhe finden ein. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 650 m entfernt.

Located in a safe and quiet area with parking and within 10 minutes to public transport. Danube bicycle and running path are located nearby. The apartment is child/family friendly and a non-smoking environment.
