Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. My husband and I spent a week in Marion's beautiful, cozy apartment. Very well-equipped, spacious kitchen, large bed with good mattress. Indescribably beautiful view of the lake! You can't get enough! Marion and her husband are super nice and gave us many tips for things to do in the area. For shopping, a car is not bad, but everything was also easily accessible with our bicycles. Thanks for the relaxing days, dear Marion!

Hello, I stayed with my 3 children (13,11,2) for 2 nights just to switch off a bit. The hosts live upstairs and we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is mega spacious, it has everything you need (microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, water surface, egg boiler). Great, large bathroom with enough towels. 2 large bedrooms with TV, a cute crib with good mattress and bedding was provided to us. A side room with a couch, also with a TV. We enjoyed the terrace with the brand new hot tub. Everything was super clean. Also that everything is within walking distance of the accommodation (marketplace 600 m , with bakery, etc.) Great mountain, beautiful playgrounds, also on the lake. We enjoyed the 3 days and would come back anytime. Thank you very much for everything 😊

we have been able to use Martin's cottage for a few days in one word GREAT. everything you can think of is present and clean . Beautiful quiet clean environment large garden present .plus point is you have quite a lot of privacy in the garden .the photos correspond to what it advertises. we will definitely come back, we recommend it to everyone if you want to stay in Linz for a few days, book the apartment 😉
