This house was so beautiful and my family members spent a hilarious and peacefule time in here. Everything was perfect. I'll stay here again if I back to Gmunden. Thanks to Anna.

The stay was wonderful from the time of booking to checkout. It is a great place if you want to spend quality family time like we did over Christmas.

We had such a great time at Marion and Felix's place. They gave us amazingly great recommendations, and we couldn't even get to them all . If you come here do go to Kondiitorei Grellinger has incredible cakes and ice cream, Hacklpizza has surprisingly GREAT pizza, and Lehamn's Kulturcafe is super-relaxed and the food simple and fresh. You are minutes away from a public swimming spot,and swimming in the Traunstein in July was plenty warn - I thought warmer than the Alte Donau just a few days earlier, and so clean. We didn't miss having a TV at all, it;s such a relaxing place to be - and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the train station where you can get to places like Bad Ischl, and Ebensee if you exhaust the walks in Gmunden. There are great walks at Feuerkogel (Ebensee) and Katrin (Bad Ischl). I hope to come back to Gmunden, and if we do we will certainly stay here or at their loft room. We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

We were a total of 8 people and everyone felt comfortable. The perfect place for us to stay. Everything is well equipped, very clean and a lot of space. We can only recommend it. Thanks for the opportunity and all the best. Benjamin

An amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house was cozy, and the little touches—like fresh towels, bathroom amenities , and local recommendations—made it feel extra special. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Joy was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and so thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! a very clean, pleasant home. perfect location and home for a family vacation with a large group. everything is tip top in order. Robert is a very friendly and polite host. We immediately got a warm and homely feeling upon arrival. Definitely recommended!

Great place and great host :) really spacious house with beautiful views, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there is a big table we used for new year’s dinner and to play board games. The host was always responsive and provided everything we needed.
