From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. Very nice 1 room apartment in the center of Linz with large terrace with 2 sun loungers, 2 seating furniture + table. Although we are right in the center here, it is amazingly quiet and peaceful. With double bed + folding couch. The two beds are separated by a wall, yet in the same room. Small kitchen that has everything you need. Shower, WC and washing machine high quality! Owner lives in the same building and is always responsive and helpful. Welcome to Linz 🤗

Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
