Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was immaculate and very comfortable. The private estate is very secluded and peaceful. The only negative is the road noise. This cannot be heard from inside the house with the windows closed, but with open windows or sitting in the garden, the road noise does interrupt the peace of the countryside. We were out and about every day so this did not bother us unduly, but if you wanted to enjoy a quiet afternoon in the garden, you would not be able to ignore the passing traffic. Other than that, it’s a 5 star property for sure.

What a find! Absolutely quiet with the most beautiful view ever. We really liked the flat. The kitchen in particular is very spacious and has everything you need for cooking. A car is essential to explore the beautiful area with its many small villages, manor houses, castles and gardens etc. There are also many good pubs and restaurants. There are shopping facilities in Knighton. The Radnorshire Arms in Beguildy is our favourite of the many good pubs in the area. The food is simply superb. Ann is a very friendly and caring hostess. Lots of good information material rounds off the all-round carefree package. We loved our stay.

A surprisingly spacious annex in a quiet location but very close to the main road for getting out and about in the area. Auriol was the perfect host, contacting me several times before my trip to give me useful information and explaining things well when I arrived.

Our stay was incredible. It was quiet, peaceful with beautiful views from the treehouse. The kitchen was so well equipped which made cooking meals so much fun! We also got so many recommendations on what to do around the area and every single place we stopped by did not disappoint. Everything was extremely neat and clean, and we loved the way the space was decorated. Overall a 10/10 experience, would definitely be back!!
