The flat is well located in a calm area close to the lac The arrival is at first surprising when you cross the first corridor but when entering the apartment the ambiance is totally different and conform to the photos. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

Perfect location near train station. Walkable to Mall and Island, too! Would recommend this to everyone.

I had the pleasure of spending a day in this beautiful apartment and am absolutely thrilled. The place was not only extremely clean and well-maintained, but also tastefully furnished. Everything looked high-quality and well thought out – from the cozy seating area to the fully equipped kitchen, where nothing was missing. The quiet, yet central location is particularly noteworthy. Easy walking distance to stores, restaurants and public transportation. Despite the central location, it was wonderfully quiet in the apartment – perfect for relaxing. Also, the contact with the host was always friendly, professional and straightforward. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and any questions were answered quickly. I highly recommend this apartment – whether for a short city trip or a longer stay. I will definitely be happy to return!

Absolutely perfect apartment for a young family. In a perfect location, right on the promenade with great views, very nice and bright and wonderfully stylish and lovingly furnished. There's nothing missing! And Leonie was one of the best hosts we've had so far. Always accessible and with great tips!

Lovely apartment in beautiful Lindau. Mark the host was incredibly helpful. Communication was great, always responding very quickly. The apartment was situated in the middle of Lindau close to all amenities. Spotlessly clean, quiet with a wonderful roof terrace for sitting in the sun. Would definitely recommend it.

Seestein is a surprise. Fantastic apartment in a wonderfully quiet agricultural area. And yet the historic Lindau-Insel is easily accessible. Just like the beautiful region of Lake Constance. We felt at home in Seestein. We appreciated the contacts with the hosts and their family. Seestein is recommended. We know the way now.

The apartment is in a great location: nice and quiet, but by car you can still quickly reach Lindau or Bregenz. We felt very comfortable!

We were received in a very friendly way and the hostess showed us everything right away. We liked the modern and high-quality accommodation. Private terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Good location, Bregenz is a 15-minute walk, above the house hiking trails also start towards Pfänder and surroundings.

Marina's apartment was perfect for us as a young family with a toddler. There was a crib, high chair, changing table and washing machine. The only challenge with our whirlwind were the unprotected sockets. Otherwise, we have never been in such a well-equipped apartment. There was really everything (!!) and we didn't need to bring anything: washing powder, shower gel, things to rinse, different types of tea, …. Even an umbrella was in the corner (which we thankfully do not need ;-) ) The apartment was very clean. Otherwise, the apartment was a bit outside and we rode our bikes to the lake. We were able to park these in a bicycle shed. Marina was also directly accessible for a few small things and was able to help us quickly. If we should go on vacation at Lake Constance again, we will definitely come back to this apartment.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the property. It was very clean and looked newly remodeled. Every thing we needed to use in the kitchen and laundry was available. The location was perfect. Close to many restaurants and shops. Also a short walk to the harbor and train. I appreciated having the parking option available, because while driving the car to parking, there was a line to get into the public garage. I think it became full while we were here visiting the Christmas Market. The view of the city’s skyline was a beautiful backdrop from the dining table. A great place for morning coffee.

This location in Lindau was very suitable for our situation. We visited Konstanz because of the history of Johannes Hus. But also other places around Lake Constance. A beautiful setting with natural mountains, but also many fruit farmers and the Zeppelin of course. We enjoyed the nice apartment with good beds. Everything was well arranged and clean. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly decorated and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We found the fair prices of the mini-bar to be particularly positive – a great addition! Of course, because the hot tub and sauna too. The contact was friendly and straightforward. I'm sure we'll be back! Best regards

The four of us had a very nice time. Modernly decorated and spacious. If there were any questions, they were always answered very promptly. There is plenty of parking for those arriving by car and the surrounding area offers many excursion possibilities. Glad to come back :)

We used the place for a weekend away with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation. For four people, it is a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you stay outside more than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. Thank you for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others
