Monthly Rentals in Lincolnwood

This is a charming and very comfortable unit. All the amenities are thoughtful and more generous than most other AirBNBs that I’ve stayed. We found the location very convenient to family and Northwestern U, and even getting downtown. The unit was spotless, clean and organized. And exceeded our expectations. Being able to park in the garage was a huge benefit for us. We had a busy schedule with leaving in the morning and not getting back until later evening. It was so nice not to have to search for street parking and not have that worry. We very much enjoyed our stay. This will be our “place” when we return. Elizabeth

Jennifer and David were awesome hosts! So friendly, helpful and accommodating! I had some of the best-ever homemade cookies that Jennifer baked! I'm hoping to make them my Evanston place when I return to the Chicago area annually. Thank you, Jennifer and David!!!

Needed safe, simple, non-fussy and affordable lodging for a longer solo vacation (11 days) in the city to do different activities around the city but also work remotely for several days. This place was a perfect fit in all ways! There were other guests staying at the property (plus the owner, Joey for a few days) and everything went smoothly, considerately, and stayed quiet, calm, comfy, and clean. Slept great thanks to mattress quality, window fan/AC unit, and ceiling fan. Remote Work went great thanks to big desk and mini fridge in room. Street parking was the easiest and safest of any of my trips to Chicago with a car for 15+ years.

We were a group of four teachers planning a girls get away. Elijah’s place was very nice. We asked if we could get in early and he sent us the code right away.He had put a case of water in the refrigerator which we really appreciated. The sectional in the living room was very comfortable and a great place for conversation. The patio in the back was great to sit outside. Overall, it was a very nice place to relax after busy days of sightseeing!
