In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Enjoy a walk around Lincoln Cathedral and Castle being only 15 miles away. After exploring enjoy a peaceful soak in the hot tub.
